Good pizza, fast and polite service. Had to come to this one in Powdersville because the one on Augusta Street is never open any more. Says they’re open, get there and no one in store. Worth the drive to this one. I’ll be back.

Absolutely horrible experience today. Went to go buy some dinner from here today. We asked for fresh pizza instead of hot and ready. My pepperoni pizza was hot but my cheese pizza was cold. I called the store 10 times. No one has answered since I’ve been calling since I got home. My crazy bread had nothing but flower on the bottom of them. I’m pregnant and I could have gotten sick from that! Cold food too!! This is absolutely ridiculous. They need get their act together. This isn’t the only store from the franchisee he can’t run. His other stores are just as bad. I want to speak to somebody higher up other than a shift leader that doesn’t know what they are doing. Absolutely ridiculous. I will take my business to somewhere else because I know nothing will get done.

Worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had at this location. Ordered a Three-Meat Treat pizza at 7:24, was told it would be a 10 to 15 wait in my car and was given a pager to let me know when it was ready. 30 minutes later I entered the store lobby. There were 4 or 5 others in the lobby also waiting for their orders. No one came to the counter to check on the people waiting. About 8pm a manager showed up and checked with those waiting. When I told him of my order then and only then was my pizza placed in the oven. I finally got my order at 8:15. A 50 minute wait for a “Hot and Ready” pizza is ridiculous! I may give them one more try and if service continues to be this bad I’ll take my business to the Papa John’s 200 yards away.

We love little caesars. Ordered 4 pies for a birthday party and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Showed up at the store at the 20-minute mark. I was asked for my name and told they would check my order. The guy working the register dealt with some sketchy customers for about 10-15 minutes, and then got back to me and said he would go check on the status again. Watched him pull our order out of the warmer. It had been in there the entire time I was waiting. :/

I went in today and did my normal order 2 3meat pizzas with crazy crust and the on duty manger told me 10mins . 5 minutes later she go off but long story short I waited almost 45 minutes and when I asked what was the problem they haven’t even did my order and they still got it wrong and the manager said I made it myself but both were wrong but the sticker on the box was right I suggest not to go that location not good poor service I need my money back and my pizzas right I spend too much money with y’all. Got wrong order. And it was so hard you could not eat it without breaking a tooth. I ordered cheesy bread, I got a pepperoni pizza. The service in drive thru was as if I interrupted them. Once home I noticed it was wrong order and the quality of the food.I knew I would not get anywhere calling or going back so I didn’t bother.

I’d leave no stars if I could it was horrible. My wife ordered online they took the money emailed receipt and all info to pick it up. Then they lose it and lie sending me to another store then have to go back there and get attitude from the lil girl behind the counter and had to turn around and pay for it again. They need to hire people with an IQ higher than their age I’ll never go back to that one in powdersville again
