I normally go to little Cesar’s often but now that they have moved and hired new people I WONT be go back, my bread was burnt , pizza was so thin my finger went right threw it and there was a brush bristle in my bread, called said I could have pizza remade , went in there a the manager of all people was rude like a child!!! Then they made it wrong again!!

We always order little ceasars, its my sons favorite but since they moved locations service and quality has gone down. My husband waited over an hr past pickup time and the yound lady helping him was nothing but nasty. We are not hateful people, especially since we both have worked service. When he finally got home, our order was wrong and the crazy bread was cold and not cooked properly. I called the store hoping for a refund for the pizza and was left on hold for over 10mins. When i called back they let the phone ring and ring 2x. Its unfortunate that we were treated so badly when we were giving them the benefit of the doubt, we understand that it is run mainly by yound kids but very disappointed by today

I called three times. The guy was very rude July 27 at 3:30 exactly and then he answered and just put the phone down and would not take my order and I work with customer service daily. Just ridiculous. Whoever the manager is she definitely investigate that might be why the reviews are the way they are now that I look.

Used to go to the old little ceasers all the time every time they would have the pizza coming out as soon as you go in to get it. The pizza was always cooked correctly and the customer service was great. Now they have moved and every time you pull up there’s a line of people and a waiting line. Got pizza today and it wasn’t cooked all the way so doughy there was way to much cheese on it. I love little ceasers but they really need to step up their game. Do better. What was the point of getting a new place if it’s just gonna be more of a hassle to keep up with?????

workers were rude, inattentive & more concerned with purchasing their own food than helping guests who walked in. Refused to make eye contact with customers and got attitudes with them when they were ordering. for a new building, the staff is horrendous.

Placed my simple order of 2 normal pizzas at 7:14 pm. At 7:17 it stated my pizzas were in the oven and it would be ready in 10 mins. I pulled up to the window at 7:31 and she told me my order was not ready to come back around to the window in 5 mins. I pulled back around 10 mins later for her to tell me it was going to be another 8 mins. I parked waited 10 more mins and went inside just to be told it still wasnt ready. I asked how it takes 45+ mins for pizzas to cook?!?! She went around to inform the manager i wanted my money back so her, the manager and another guy argued for a good 2 mins on who was going to come give me my money back. The guy that come around asked what i needed like im deff and didnt hear their whole conversation. I told him thay i just needed my money back. He goes back to the back and sends out the manager who explains to me that one of my pizzas was done and there was a rush of ppl, blah blah blah…. Dued, yeah, i know my pizzas supposedly been in the oven the whole time all 15 ppl come and went with their pizzas over the course of 45+ Mins i sat in your parking lot waiting on my food! I could have went home on the other side of town and cooked chicken Alfredod faster that this was taking. Then he goes “oh well im gona give you your $ back…” Dude i dont want an issue or excuse Its freaking 8:30pm on a sunday night i just want to feed my kids so they can get ready for school the next day. Like i get things happen and i was very calm and nice but jezzz own up to somebody droped the dang ball and dont give me unnecessary attitude when i want my money back. My food was supposed to have been done and in my hand at 7:27 pm per their app. I left the restaurant at 8:15 with one of my two pizzas still sitting on their counter and the other non existing.

Hey, it’s pizza. Service was quick as I got a hot and ready pizza. When I went to leave I realized the drive thru is conn to the only entrance/exit. Leaving was difficult as it was busy.
