Went thru the drive to pick up a hot and ready. Tried to pay with cash and was told they had no change. Told me I could use exact change or a debit card. Told them I didn’t have exact change so they told me I couldn’t get a pizza and closed the window. I left and went and got change and returned for a pizza. The pizza was cold when I got it and the staff was rude. It is ridiculous that a place of business doesn’t have any change for customer. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Much better service and pizza other places.

Ordered at 8:13 was told 15 minutes, show up 15 minutes later was told order wasn’t ready and it would be about 15 minutes. The girl at the drive thru had not a clue what she was doing. Walk back in the store 12 minutes later wait another almost 10 just for the food to come our wrong. Had to get the to remake it not even an apology or nothing just cold stares because I expect for a product I am paying for to be correct. We drive past a little Caesars just to come to this one. Not again. Wish I had names but no one had on name tags nor did I get a correct receipt.

Waited more than an hour. The lobby closed so they said go to the drive thru for a refund. Staff was RUDE about it. They kept my money and I didn’t get a pizza. That’s theft from a customer. The staff should be fired and charged with LARCENY. The owner needs to make a pop in visit on occasion and know. What his sorry staff is doing. Also I tried to call in. They laid the phone down and never said anything while cats were lined around the building.

The pizza usually comes out to little Caesars standards, but they always seem understaffed and it’s kind of a gamble of how long the drive through will take. Also, the drive through is extremely narrow and I can see many cars haven’t quite made the turn.

So we ordered online and picked up in the store. It was super easy. Just enter your code and grab your food. We did not know that some things couldn’t be placed in the warmer like the brownie we ordered so we didn’t realize we didn’t have it til we got home. I called and they were super nice about it all and let me know about what can and can’t go in the warmer. It would have been nice to know ahead of time but I’m sure it popped up when I ordered but my phone had died so it’s not really their fault. For fast, easy and cheap pizza it’s really not that bad. They do have good deals. All in all super nice staff and very willing to help even though it was my mix up.

Being originally from Detroit, I have probably eaten hundreds of Little Caesars pizzas. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever had, any brand. It looked pre-chewed and was completely inedible and would have been easier to eat if it were first put in a blender and they gave me a straw. I can hardly wait until South Carolina legalizes pot and they just call it what is is – Cup O Pizza.
