I ordered a thin crust pepperoni w mushroom. I also ordered 2 roasted chickenwings. Service was slow, they didn’t even have the ready made ones. Pizza and chicken were both superb. My only ding is the chicken wings have to be the world’s tiniest…and they are expensive.

This place is run by a bunch of clowns. Horrible attitudes, unprofessionalism, and it seems like not a single person in that store knows what they are doing. The wait times are ridiculous and it’s truly sad to see how downhill this store has gone. As someone who used to work for this company many years ago, if we ran it the way these people are now, we would have been shut down immediately. You guys need to get it together.

SHOUT OUT to Patrice! ( Hopefully I spelled her name correctly!) She was a true leader in the kitchen. We watched her calmly handle lazy workers with grace and elegance. She takes real pride in any arena she finds herself in. She blessed us more than she knows. Our daughter and my husband were both having an emotional day and she really touched us.

We love Little Caesars. It’s a go to for our kids! This new location, is honestly terrible though. Before reviewing, I gave it 3 good chances. Each time our pizza hasnt been good or the same as it use to be at the old location.. and for the price increase I expect it to at least be the same as it’s always been. This location is so slow as well. They quote 20 minutes, but you better give it 30 & some. I’ve waited each time on my pizzas. And the worst part is how unfriendly the staff is. I understand the cashiers aren’t making the pizzas, but I’d appreciate an “It’s taking longer than expected for your pizzas. We will have it out as soon as we can” or something! Instead they’ve been like speechless robots, expecting me to just understand & assume they’re so untimely. Anyways, we have been so disappointed in the new locations & have felt like all 3 times, our money was flushed down the drain. I hope they can get it together before they lose accountable customers.

Food was hot and fresh and right on time due to manager Tim. I was trying to order pizzas for a lunch event but had a miscommunication on the phone. I called back to discuss this with a manager … Tim answered, was extremely nice and considerate of my feelings. He took my order with gusto and genuine concern for my customer satisfaction. We picked up or order on the day of the event … Perfect service. Hot Pizza. Lunch was a success! Thanks Manager Tim.
