The manager Joshua was so pleasant to speak with. He had an amazing attitude and great costumer service. He was very polite. Joshua greeted me as soon as i walked into the door with a smile and welcomed me in. He made sure my order was correct before giving it to me as well. Will be coming back again.

Went on a Tuesday night. Had preordered a simple pie. Got a message saying it was ready for pickup. Showed up with my phone in and and the pie was not in the pickup kiosk. I asked the young lady at the counter about my order. She said it should be coming. All while, there are about 3 or four other teenagers in the back prep area, throwing things, yelling at each other, cursing each other out. No sign of a management/authority in sight. And still no answer about where my food was.

I bought a deep dish pizza for 10$. It was supposed to be thick and have 8 slices and cone in a large box. I got half the pizza I ordered for full price. Also the area around is not very nice there was an addict yelling and hiding In the woods behind the building.

I got the cheesy bread sauce and those cookie dough brownies. The cheesy bread never disappoints but the cookie dough brownies weee t what I thought I thought they were cooked. They give them to you cold and it’s actual cookie dough on top. I got the Twix flavor but it was just extremely sweet, I wasn’t a fan. But as always customer service was good and and food was ready when I picked it up after ordering on app.

Arrived maybe 5 minutes before the store was open but the manager let me in. He was so pleasant. I couldn’t get my coupon to work but he still assisted me to get my discount. He was just a good guy. I was really surprised.

20 mins for 1 cheese pizza. No sorry for the wait. They seemed irritated because I told them what happened with hot and ready. I need a free pizza with wings. Respond owner! Manager there was not helpful and had a long wait of customers waiting. Nothing was ready and they were out of bread sticks smh.
