I’m curious, this is my first time at this little Caesar’s AND it’s my first time trying the pretzel crust. Is this what it’s supposed to look like ? I’m curious because if so , I’m disappointed. Idk why I thought I’d see actual pretzel, like in the ads .. butttt this is what I got. This pizza itself was good. But the crust was NOTHING special. Just the salt on crust. Also, this order was a delivery, they sent me the complete wrong order At first. It was an extra most bestest tht looked EXACTLY like my pizza but with no salt lol I kid you not lol … I tried calling back but then thought mannnn what’s the point. I won’t be back lol I shouldn’t be eating this anyway lol

Ordered 6 pizzas and staff were so polite. The other reviews are talking about long wait times yet I was told it would be 30 mins and received my order in less than 20mins. Cashier was Nay I think? Awesome experience definitely coming back. Only downside is on Friday/Saturday they are always flooded with orders and it takes 40-1hr to receive order due to not enough staff

Placed my order about 20 mins before getting there. I got inside and wasn’t greeted by either people up front. Figured they were busy so didn’t take it personally. Then 15 mins later, nobody still said anything to me. During this time, 4 different customers have come in and made their orders and walked out with them (the same order that I had). I’m writing this review now after standing inside for over 20 mins and nobody still has said anything to me or put my order inside the pizza portal. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and this has happened. Done with this location and suggest people go somewhere else.

So inconsistent! Sometimes it Good and sometimes the pizzas look like a child made them or they are burnt! I just waited 45 minutes on an advanced order for a deep dish that came out with almost no toppings and looks like 2 personal Pan pizzas! Definitely not worth $15

Want good pizza? This Little Caesars has consistently good pizza – especially for the price. However, if you want a good customer experience, this is NOT your place. The wait times are never right. Sometimes it’s quick. Sometimes you’re standing around in the lobby for 45 minutes with 10 other irritated customers listening to the employees in the kitchen argue, while the employees who randomly walk up front seem like they are playing a game called, “avoid eye contact with customers, keep your head down, and don’t talk to anyone.”

The absolute worst Little Caesar’s I have ever been to! The staff is rude, the pizza is never ready and the wait time is always at least 45 minutes. I have been in the lobby on more than one occasion and everyone in there feels the same way. The franchise owner really needs to do some revamping all the way around. Take pride in your business and do better!

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered and my food is undercooked. I placed the order online since I couldn’t reach anyone by Phone. The deep dish pizza is half way cooked.. and it is THICK. So half uncooked dough. Our crazy bread was the opposite. So overcooked that the inside of the bread is gone.. it’s all outer shell, crunchy and dry.

The store closes at 10pm and I ordered my pizza online. I got there and the doors were locked. Went to another location they ran out of pizza boxes.Absolutely would recommend pizza hut or dominoes over this franchise.
