If I could give negative numbers I would. This place is disgusting. The staff didn’t greet me when I pulled into the drive-thru but gave me a frowning gesture to give him the order info. He looked high. I told him I placed an online order and a lady bought a box immediately. I should have checked it before I left….burned on the edges, loaded with wayyyy too much pepperoni so that some pieces weren’t cooked. It was probably to cover up the rotten cheese they used because the taste was disgusting and left a terrible aftertaste. Now, I know this is Little Caesars and I’m not expecting top tier pizza but I do know what Little Caesars tastes like. I had to chuck the whole thing which I’ve never done. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even my order and didn’t include my drink. Best part? Because it’s an online order they can’t do anything and I have to call corporate to get my money back.

Ordered on the app at 3:33 pm, expecting a pickup time of 3:47-3:52, per email. Arrived at the store at 3:50, and waited behind two cars. While waiting, I received the Pizza Ready email at 4:08. Got to the window at 4:09, only to have the young lady who opened the window say “Hold on, I’ll be with you in a minute”. Then we wait an additional five more minutes for another person, a young man, to tell me my order is not ready, even though I received notice that it was ready. He said it would be about seven more minutes. At 4:21, we received another Pizza Ready email, and one of the three people I saw inside came to the window to say “sorry for the wait, but it’s shift change”. She finally brought our pizza to the window at 4:35.

Waited 45min for the Wrong pizza… I ordered pretzel pizza with pizza sauce.. this was made and cooked poorly and has no pizza sauce.. I drive all the way back and they still got my order wrong so now I’m back home with the wrong pizza again

Don’t eat here this what my family and I waited 1hour for. not fresh pepperoni after went talked to the manager I waited another 20 mins for the last pizza I only wanted a after school snack for my Sons but I lost my appetite. I ordered a Extra Most Best Pepperoni and a three meat stuffed crust with light sauce. Was told 15 minutes. Came back they had given my order to another customer. Was told they would remake my order to give them eight minutes. 12 minutes later, I was handed two pizzas . When I got home and I had the three meat stuffed crust, but I also had a three meat regular. I ordered a Extra Most Best Pepperoni. I do not care for the stuffed crust or the three meat. I will never go there again. They always seem to be short staffed, and the wait is extra long.

This Little Caesars is so unprofessional. When i pull up to the drive thur window the manager LATOYA looked at us and kept talking in her back ground, as i sat in my car and waited for an extra 10mins, I then proceeded to walk in the store. When i get in the store I see 5 people behind the counter 3 adults 2 women and a man and 2 kids. I came in said hello no one replied nor responded to me, I had to say hello 4 times before someone asked what I need ummm “ ARE YALL OPEN IS THE REAL QUESTION”. The crazy bread sticks wasn’t fully cooked it was burnt and they were bland. The tv made them look so delicious but they weren’t worth the money. I will never buy anything from this store ever again. Never go to this store the customer service is horrible.

1st off. if you try to call ahead your order- no one is picking up the phone. secondly: there’s only 1 person working there. 3rd- you are not allowed to walk inside of The building -only drive-through is open.
