The manager on duty whom refuse to give his name made a mistake with my order, I brought it to his attention, and he responded that he wasn’t going to remake the food or refund the money. He tell me that after I said my dissatisfaction. He tells me that he spit in my food and to Enjoy. I’ve never ever had this happen before.

Walked in at 8:30pm they closed at 9. I drove 15 minutes just to get the pretzel crust pizza and the lady refused to make one she said she can only sell me a pepperoni or cheese. I asked what time they stop making pizzas for future reference and the lady had an attitude problem and said we don’t but I’m not gonna make unnecessary pizzas when we close in 30 min. I said how is it unnecessary if I’m going to buy it she then ignored me and started helping someone else who walked in after me when we were still talking and ignored me. Complete disrespect.

NOT FRIEND OF GIVE BAD REVIEWS, BUT CASHIER WITH A TATTO ON HER NECK WAS VERY RUDE, my coworker and I stopped by little Cesar after work, around 8:20 pm. There was a young lady at the register. my coworker order 2 pepperoni pizzas and everything seems fine I order a chesse bread and a deep dish, and this lady literally yelled at me saying: lady, I only have pepperoni and cheese pizza I’m not gonna make any other thing just because you wanted, is almost 8:30 , I’m going home at 9 and that’s it. Why don’t you people came earlier ah? You should learn how to order online and save some time.

I just spent $31 to get 2 pizzas, 2 liter and crazy bread with delivery. I received 1 pizza and hard overcooked crazy bread. When I called to speak with someone I literally got the silent treatment. This has happened more than once not getting what I ordered. Unacceptable!! I would not recommend the Holcomb Bridge Roswell location to anyone.

This place is perpetually understaffed. Ownership clearly doesn’t care about their employees succeeding or customers being satisfied. I have ordered from the app several times and when I come in after my pickup time, they haven’t even started my order. And to be clear- the employees are working hard, but there aren’t enough people to handle the orders. And forget all about the “Hot & Ready” promise at this location. I don’t expect great pizza when I choose Little Caesars, but I do expect some measure of promptness. This location hasn’t done that well for years.

This store is honestly horrible. We were accused of stealing and were told they were going to call the cops. We told her to check the camera footage since it wasn’t true and she was very rude. She literally sat down and did not pay attention to us. I think she should definitely be fired the effort to her work is crazy low. Coming from someone who works at a fast food place as well this place is so bad. The pizza was good, but definitely not worth going the trouble for with the bad service.

Just came from this store. They are GHETTO. I went in there and was given the wrong item, not once but twice. Asked for Italian cheese bread sticks, the girl with the 9 yards long lashes and crusty braces gives me plain crazy bread sticks. I left and came back to get my correct items and she acted like it was my fault. I asked for the correct item AGAIN. I get all the way home and open the box and it was a small rectangular pizza.
