I swear all the employees should’ve had on uniforms that read “Tis the season to be lousy” for their performance. Whomever was working here during the afternoon of 29-APR-3023 seriously needs to lively up themself. Their hot & ready machine is broken, yet the cashier still made me get out of my car to come inside on a technicality. This was way after I sat in their long drive-thru line, when she could have merely turned her lazy self around to hand me the pizza out of the warmer through the window. I couldn’t even get it myself because their machine is broke. We’re clearly becoming buffers between the actual consumers & the realistically horrible service the employees provide from these organizations, & just because she managed to achieve a complicated hairstyle, doesn’t mean she knows everything or she’s right.

The customer service is nonexistent. I could not figure out why 2 boxes of pepperoni hot and ready was costing us 20 dollars and today I found out it’s because they always charge for an extra most bestest pizza and that is just crazy to me why charge me for a pizza I’m not getting. Pizza is amazing but when I order online the last few times they did not give the drinks to delivery drivers. Always missing something. I blame them and delivery drivers! Check the orders please! I wanna keep ordering here! Working mom of 4. I NEED to be able to order and actually have all items included. Mistakes happen but shouldn’t happen consistently. Come on Ppl!!!!!

I came to place my order about an hour and 30 minutes before closing time. The front door is locked they are not accepting walk-in customers. the drive-thru has a car sitting instead of just simply pulling the car up so the next person can take their order. they keep one car in the drive thru so everyone behind that one car has to sit for 10 to 20 minutes before receiving any type of service. To make matters worse the phone number to the store is not working. The phone rings but no one answers. I do not understand why they do not instruct the cars to pull up and park? instead they leave the car in the drive through to block the other customers from making their order or even picking up their order is called a drive-through not a drive-sit. when I asked what’s going on with the phone the order-taker said the phone is not working. I asked, how long has the phones not been working? She responded, she doesn’t know. Then I asked, how long have you worked here? Her response was, I do not know…. So after waiting 30 mins total for my order. She was also the one to hand me my order. No smile…..No Thank you….No words…. Just an awkward stare…..Thanks, De-Ja R. for the lack of care. You also got my order wrong. I ordered Stuff Crust ADD Bacon. Not Bacon only. Now I’m waiting an additional 30 minutes in Drive thru just for a simple remake.

They Get A One Star Only Because You Can’t Choose No Stars. The customer service all the way to the management is horrible. No gloves being worn while handling the food. Almost every time I come here I order the extra most best cheese and they always give me a regular classic. Now every time I come I specifically order a classic pizza and they still charge you for the more expensive one and still give you a regular hot and ready. At this point you might as well order from a real pizza place
