By far the worst location. Honest, idk what staff they currently have right now, but they need some training. I’ve been going to this location for years. Now, I have to find another location with better customer service. Current staff TRASH!! I would add names but I’ll extend my grace in that! The area regional need do their due diligence. The CEO need to invest in shopper to improve customer service, time management, etc. what is the purpose of drive thru when I have to get out my car to get the pizza?! What is the purpose of drive thru when I’m ask to move my car to go around the person behind me?!? Each customer deserves top tier customer service. Make the pizza in a timely manner. Give me my pizza that I paid for so I can go about my business. Simple!

After 9 hours at the baseball tournament, we thought a quick pizza at 9pm would be a good idea. Wrong. We had maggot infested pizzas. They were coming out of the olives and crawling across the pepperoni. The video was a piece our son had because my husband ran the pizzas out to the garbage.

Went through Drive thru window. Order large black olives and mushroom and 1 hot n ready pepperoni. The wait time was short to recieve order. Staff was polite and fast. The pizza was yummy, the cheese on it is incredible. I would do this again.

As excuses go I had to put up a star to leave this opinion one of the worst Caesars around these people could care less if you’re sitting at the window all day much less 15 minutes they won’t even look at the window and these customers that are putting one Stars up here are absolutely right they close down before covid it seems like they open back up and they’re worse than they were when they were open before they closed once I bought a burnt pizza another time I bought a pizza with no sauce on it and yesterday there were 15 people waiting they’re that slow

Hardly any toppings and wrong too. Don’t you know the difference between hamburger and sausage? Drive a little farther to a better pizza place and you’ll be happier. Also, cutting looks like the emoji, not little squares and rectangles.
