The 2nd time in a row that there was a issue. I never had one before. Last time we ordered the pretzel pizza in which it looked like it had been in a train wreck. Not to mention both pizza’s were not even done. We just ordered pizzas and this time I am picking the burned crust off of our pizza yet the other is cool like it was in the fridge. I am not calling up there this time. It’s our Que to find another place to get our pizzas! ♀️

Absolutely awful! They are clueless, ignorant and EXTREMELY unprofessional. They were in the back screaming, cussing, name calling. I could not believe my ears. The cashier had ZERO clue what she was doing and had an attitude with all of the customers. Every single one of them deserve to be fired. I will be telling everyone I know about them and what happened. If you’re smart you won’t waste your money here!

We had a very simple order , pepp pizza and crazy bread and everything about our order was gross. This pizza looks like it was made yesterday.. as well as it wasn’t cut at all. Also we ordered the bread side with marinara sauce and per usual we weren’t given the sauce. $18 order wasted in our trash. Very nasty, poor quality and we won’t be back. Also upon my 10 attempts to call the store of course no one answered. Very low quality franchise and poorly trained staff. Gross , also low grade. Just go across the street to Domino’s if you want good pizza. What a shame

This location is open until 9:30pm. I pulled up to the window after the car in front of me drove off and the cashier walked away. I sat and observed 2 crew members walk pass the window, I heard one crew member say, “You got drive thru?”…both continued to gather items and walk pass. Another crew member came to the window and I asked if they were closing and stated if so, I would take any hot and ready pizzas they had. The crew member stated, no, we are not closing, just have only 3 of us here and 5 stations and we got really busy when the storm hit. I replied, “Thanks, but for future reference, remember customer service and some can let the customer know they will be right with them soon.” The crew member responded, “Ok” and closed the window and began talking to another crew member. She then returned to tell me that she get me the pizzas. I told her at this point I would like a contact for the franchise owner or General Manager. The crew member walked away and returned and said she would be right with me. I decided to write this review instead of wait another 5-10 minutes. I did not want to risk accepting any pizza from them at at point.

We ordered 2-5 meat pizzas, BBQ wings and 2-orders of cheezy bread…WITH marinara sauce at the restaurant and waited a little over 10 minutes for it…got home and had NO marinara sauce for the cheezy bread!!! Not real happy about that,but the pizzas were fresh and good.

They treat you like you’re invisible and do not even acknowledge your existence until they feel like it. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one even bothered to say a word. They were too busy talking. Poor employees typically means poor management. Disgraceful!
