Needed a quick bite for the kids. Store was not crowded. Had to only wait a few minutes for my order to be ready. Pizza and cheese bread was hot and tasted good. Great location for us.

We ordered 5 pizzas for delivery and a birthday party and only received 4 pizzas. When we called, the only option was to come back up, which we couldn’t do with the birthday party – hence our delivery option. They wouldn’t refund us. We submitted an online contact form on the corporate website and never heard from anyone. After following up again with corporate, they explained we were out of a 3 day window so they couldn’t “do anything”. Of course, they were able to look up our contact request and still weren’t willing to help. This may have been cheap pizza, but I’m big on “doing the right thing” and Little Caesar’s did everything but.

We used to go to this particular Little Caesar’s a lot. But lately it just hasn’t been worth it. Service today wasn’t great when no one was wearing gloves and I could see/hear employees on their phones and gossiping. With price increases for a basic pizza (and decrease in quality), I think it just makes sense to go elsewhere from now on

Awful pizza (dough- not pizza really at all), and even worse customer service. I would write a lengthy review but pictures speak 1000 words. See pictures posted for todays date 5.12.21- mind you this is the second time they made this. These pictures are the remade pizza after we drove back for them to remake. Also Devin (a very rude employee) said he would “probably” eat this when asked if he would eat it. .

Came in and got an extra most pepperoni and payed for it as well. Got home just to see the receipt on the box and I took a look and it was just a regular pizza. Pretty disappointing considering I payed extra for it too.

I ordered the extra most bestest pizza today and alot of it had little cheese and no pepperonis on it. Asked to talk to a manager and the cashier matt got someone else to help me. Turns out he is a manager too. I was offered another pizza but i would have to wait another 10 min for it. I asked for a refund and got my money back. I asked for the store managers number and was told we cant give that out. Asked for the district managers number and couldnt even get that. So my only choice is to call the store manager tomorrow when she is at the store. Customer service here is a joke.

I came here for a quick meal; ordered a pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. I was told it would be 10 minutes. Go to my car for about 8 minutes, and then back to the restaurant and have a seat. The guy that took my order asked me “what was your order?” I told him, thinking he was going to go get it. So minutes later, when the customer who ordered right after I did gets his food first, I’m confused and ask, “how much longer for my food?” He then proceeds to tell me, “it didn’t go through,” and just put the order in. What??? How did the guy who ordered after me order go through, but not mine? And why wasn’t I told that when he asked me what I ordered?? I order my food at 1:59 PM, and got my food at 2:23 PM. I was handed the food, no “sorry for the wait,” just a “take your food attitude.” Never coming back to this one again! I hate waiting for food, but wouldn’t have minded the wait, if there was more communication!
