This places lacks customer service when a certain employee/supervisor is present (she’s known for being rude). The pizza was under cooked, the other was re-heated (old). This location definitely needs new management. Pronto!

The staff member that I asked to help me on how to redeem my code and payment was extremely rude. I placed my order and after 15 minutes I asked her if my pizza was ready she said yeah it’s in there put your code in. And walked away. I have never done the online order code thing before. I asked another lady for help and she was very nice and helpful. By time I got my pizza it was getting to that point where it’s almost uneditable. I just took it and left. I will never use this store again and I will let my friends who live in the area about my experience so that they don’t waste their time and money.

Very disappointed with service tonight, waited 10 minutes for one pizza and crazy bread . The lady who came from the back threw down the boxes and said “here figure out who they go to “ to another employee which is very unprofessional. Then i get home to open my food to see that the dough isn’t even cooked , so here i am having to cook my own pizza. This place will no longer be getting my business until management is changed or some serious changes have happened. From now on i will be going to the papa John’s down the road . Spend the extra money for a decent pizza .

5 Stars down to 1! This place used to have great service and great food. Get with whomever does the supply order and see what the problem is. Was about to order online and go pick up, but decided to just go and then order. Soooooo glad we didn’t order online. Woulda ordered online and go there and no pizza or some sort of cancellation email. Went in last night (not late either). Some people waiting for their food, nothing out of the ordinary. We walk up to the counter and the guy didn’t welcome us, but said something along the line of, “Just want to let you know that we…” Thought he was about to read to us there was some sort of huge order ahead of us and it would be a wait. He had a piece of paper with a handwritten list and said there was X of pepperoni pizzas left, X crazybread, X deep dish, etc and no dough to make anything new. Wow! So done with this place!

Always is pretty good. The staff everytime we go in are helpful and courteous. For the price it is hard to find any pizza place that is better. Would recommend. Would have to say this one is one of the better Little Caesar’s. Keep up the good work.

Shorted me on my change. When I pointed out that they charged me $36 dollars for 2 pepperoni pizzas and 1 cheese pizza they told me they I cant prove they shorted me and the owner is the only person with access to the camera. Said they could give me free pizza in exchange for the amount they shorted me in change but no cash. I gave them a $100 bill. They gave me 1-$20 bill, 2-$10 bills, 4-$5 bills, and 4-$1 bills. Do the math. I’ll go to pizza hut next time.
