I ordered the original pepperoni pizza at 5ish in the afternoon (during hot and ready hours). I waited 41 minutes and my pizza was cold. I had to ask did they forget about me sitting at the drive thru window. This Little Caesars is the worst. Don’t take my $$ then tell me it’s going to be a 10 minute wait that turns into 41 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived to receive my order and waited past the allotted time. When I got home my pizza looked as shown in the picture. I drove back and had to re wait for it to be remade. I didn’t receive an apology and they said “it was only one item that was messed up” when I asked for a refund. I explained the trouble that it caused and she offered a “two liter” or they could refund me but wouldn’t remake the pizza if so. I told them I’d be calling corporate.

It was a very dysfunctional and disorganized experience. Customers were being refunded due to the wait time over an hour. Four employees working and two of them are just roaming with orders backed up from 45 minutes until indefinitely. Sad situation. This store always has issues when I patronage. If the restaurant can’t handle the orders, shut the store down.

Well I couldn’t even get anything to eat to give a rating since I pulled up at 9:30 and had the door locked in my face. Apparently this location no longer stays open until 10pm so they need to change the time on the website. I feel like the manager could have at least said something to the effect that they were closed, not just seen me pull up and rudely locked the door in my face.

Horrible service and won’t be ordering from Little Caesars again. I grew up eating there pizza and always loved it. Such a shame they have gone down hill. I highly suggest closing them all down.

Usually I get good pizza from the place. But this deep dish I was not going to eat because it looks messed up. It looked like somebody tossed it and was like here you go. Needs to be remade. Looked like somebody stomped it on the right. And the manager said she would eat it looking like this. Not me.

The pepperoni pizza was dry and it had NO sauce. The customer service tonight was absolutely horrible. I sent my teenage son inside to pick up our order and he was ignored. So, I went inside and two of the three employees working were on their cell phones- including the guy in the back and the girl at the front counter with her BACK to the customers.
