I ordered online and was given a window of when my pizzas would be ready. When I went to pick my pizza the line was long and it took forever. I get to the window and my pizzas are not made and four people asked me my order. I had to wait 1 HOUR at the location for my pizzas. The workers were just standing around and talking most of the time. I got one of my pizzas after 40 minutes of waiting. I wanted to cancel my second pizza and they said I had to wait for the manager to return to the store. I asked how would that be and the worker said she did not know. I have kids in the car and I was just trying to pick up a pizza after a softball game. My kids had to eat their pizza in the car so it wouldn’t get cold. So I got one pizza after a 40 minutes of waiting and my second pizza after waiting 1 HOUR. Then my second pizza was wrong. I will never come here again.

I ordered 2 pizzas for lunch today. I literally live less than 5 minutes away. When I got home, not only was the pizza cold but it was over cooked. I called and spoke with Shawn and he said to bring them back and he would be glad to remake them for me. Shawn called me to let me know that my pizzas were hot and ready for me. When I got there he had them hot and ready for me when I pull up. I really appreciate the amazing customer service Shawn gave me today because this store is know for terrible customer service. Maybe he can make a difference and change the reputation of this location. Thank you Shawn!

PLEASE don’t buy pizzas from this little caesars. This location was one of the best and now it is the WORST. They have children running it (which probably explains the 85 health score), I ordered 2 pizzas (both are advertised hot and ready, but we’re not) and I asked the gentleman how long will it take, he says 30 mins. That seem so excessive considering it’s just pizza, it shouldn’t take longer than 12 mins from beginning to finish. I leave and come back 50 minutes later and the guy looks and me weird when I give him my name. He walks to the back and comes back up, and says it’s almost done. I wait another 10 minutes and the pizza comes out looking extra dry and I ask, “can I get some garlic butter on the pizza?” He says “it’s $1.00” So I said “dude, I’ve been waiting for an hour, seriously?” And he turns around and walk off to the back. Then to add insult to Injury, one of the pizzas was cold. ♂️ good luck if you visit them, just don’t say you weren’t warned.

I had ordered on the app for it to get pre picked up. When I got to the store my order was not even they was back there basically talkin about their life and taking their poor sweet time getting my food. When I got home they put too much salt on my pizza and I could not even. I guess this is the customer service of the new generation.

They are sorry! Y’all have all those teens working in there playing around and not doing their jobs. I tried to call and complain but no one is answering. This is a crazy bread stick not made correctly falling all apart. Y’all need to hire some responsible adults. Last time I order my food on line had to sit and wait for 30 mins. This is the worst location I have ever been to they have messed up my order on multiple occasion I went there today 7/3/22 and ordered a supreme pizza and there was only mushroom and green peppers on it and I tried calling to fix it and nobody answers the phone. Nobody ever answers the phone at this location and they mess up constantly they need to make serious improvements because this is ridiculous
