Service was really good here and manager named Sophie was outstanding and considerate. I came in a few minutes before closing with my 3 kids and she went out of her way to make my pizzas fresh because i didnt want the old ones in there. She did all of this with a great attitude.

Oh my god these trash employees can’t be worse. You prepay for something then go to the drive through to get ignored by no less than 5 people wandering around. 2 of which bothered to actual make eye contact and tell me “someone” will be with me. Meanwhile my pizza is sitting there just out of reach getting cold. Finally the girl was offended that I want what I paid for and tried to tell me I have to go inside. Fortunately she realized how petty that was and gave me my food.

This is the best location in the area! We walked in and Euodia greeted us a smile and was super professional. She asked me if it was okay if it’s a 5 minutes wait on my order and was just super pleasant about the whole transaction. I had almost given up on Little Caesars Pizza because the locations near here are dirty and have poor customer service. But I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Although the meals were nice and tender. The pizza was very cheesy like the logo. Customer service here is terrible, one time i placed an order of 5 pizzas they gave me a half bitten pizza box. How outrageous, that was a furious experience but another one that’s even more infuriating was this one time they put pineapple on my pizza and I clearly stated for a cheese pizza. They disrespected me and mixed me up with another order. I got refunded half I payed and I’m never going to buy here again. (This is 2 days later and I just bought little Caesar’s pizza again oops)

Horrible employees, they won’t tell you the wait time will turn off their phones before close and lock the doors before close so you have no way to know if your pizza is ready. Jerome was absolutely rude as all get out and you can tell he’s too comfortable with knowing he won’t get fired. Have watched a man stand outside waiting on his pizza without being glanced at…. Never write bad reviews but this place was purely awful

I made an order in the drive-thru at 08:12 pm on 06/22/23. The first thing the young man said to me was “Trynna order something real quick?”, I overlooked his greeting and ordered anyways. He said it’ll be a wait and I asked about how long, he tells me 7-10 minutes. Im directed to park right beside the store and they’ll “call me when it’s ready”. 20 minutes later, I pull back into the drive thru since everyone else has gotten their food and left already. A woman tells me she’s waiting for my 3 meats pizza… no estimated time frame nor apologies given. I waited another 20 minutes, so 40 minutes total before I received my order. I was fine waiting and would’ve been more understanding if they told me it’ll be another 20 minute wait, the 2nd time I went to the drive-thru.

So I came to the little Cesar pizza on Mount Zion. I always come here instead of coming through the drive-thru. I walked in and I noticed that the manager was handling money and fixing pizzas with no gloves she kept wiping her hands on her pants which was disgusting to me, they were fairly busy but not so busy that she couldn’t put on a pair of gloves like everybody else and her attitude was bad she act like I did something to her because I wanted to order a pizza not to mention when I walked, it was a employee sitting to the side never once did anyone

This is the worst location I’ve been to. I pulled up at 10:10. The guy in the window was super nice but I was told they only had a 3meat pizza left when I wanted cheese. The guy told me she won’t cook anymore and she’s shutting the ovens down now. I don’t eat meat, you’re open for another 50 minutes and you can’t make me 1 cheese pizza?! I will never visit this location again.

I picked up my order in the drive through. I’m a regular customer of this specific location. Normally the food is always fresh.. My experience was very disappointing. I ordered a cheese pizza and the slices and sticks special, however there was nothing special about my order. My kids kept saying the pizza was hard. I couldn’t believe they would even serve this to anyone. I took it back today and the manager offered me another pizza.
