For the owner. I frequently use the delivery service, which until today was stellar. The driver made a stop far from my house, for an extended period of time. My pizzas arrived not hot, not ice cold, but notvas they should be. I called your store and was put on hold. You have some issues to resolve. I would like a refund. Edit. Contacted manager of store. He took no responsibility and blamed squarely on Doordash. I ordered from Little Ceasars, not Doordash. No one at Door Dash will respond, endless time on hold. Just know if you have a issue, Little Ceasers does not care.

I ordered a simple meal 1 pizza and 3 crazy breads, didn’t think nothing of it when I got to my house 35 minutes away and the dough on my food was completely raw. My wife tried calling and they would pick up the phone off the hook and hang up, but when we finally got in touch with them the next day their only response was “cant do anything about it”.

Great place for an awkward first date! Only complaint is the lack of tables to sit at, but we had a great cost pizza on a great comfy bench! All I can say is this is not the place if you are looking for a second date, as it did not go well for me, however, all in all great pizza for an even better price! Hot and ready!

Okay, great service. The man behind the counter was very nice & gave me a free sauce thaaaanks! BUUUT my pizza was old & only warm because it was in the hot box. BUUUT when i called to tell them about my pizza they were happy to exchange it for a hot fresh one! Second one was looked and tasted 100% better. Look at your food before you leave the store guys !

I think we all know when you go to Little Caesars you are getting hot and ready pizza. So you really can’t complain. I did however have a fantastic customer service experience, the young man working was extremely friendly and polite. While we were waiting my husband dropped his wallet and we could not find it this morning. We ransacked our house and nothing. He headed over to Little Caesars just to check and the young man who helped us had set it aside. It’s nice to see honest people still exist. We are extremely grateful, thank you.
