First time ever ordering from Little Caesars. I set up an online account. I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust, 8 wings and bread sticks with crazy bread with sauce. I ordered at 7:04, the order should have been ready at 7:24. I was in the store by 7:28. They had made me a pretzel pizza without the stuff crust. I waited another 20 plus minutes for a semi under cooked pizza, bread sticks and very cold chicken wings. There were 4 people making pizzas with only one person taking orders and bringing out orders. They also had a truck outside. 7 other people were waiting in the lobby with me. One of my worst experiences waiting for pizza ever.

They don’t have any hot and ready pizzas. Which is fine because I order in advance and it takes 15 for them to make a pizza and it’s. ALWAYS steaming hot and fresh. They never skimp on sauce or cheese when I order. Their thin crust pepperoni is fantabulous

It was an awesome experience and the service was outstanding this one employee named Maya gave outstanding customer service and she was quick, she was taking custom Oder’s all while the lobby was packed and I have to give the rest of the little Caesars staff a big Pat on the back as well because without them in the back pushing the orders then I would’ve never got in and out the way I did , and to Daniel the manager I just want you to know that you have an awesome staff and I think Maya deserves a raise because her customer service skills are out of the roof.

Never has pizza ready, last time I was here I waited 10 minutes to order, they said they wouldn’t have anything done for 20 minutes, I’m on lunch from work so I just said okay no big deal and left, wasn’t even mad, while I’m starting my car the ppl behind me who hadn’t ordered yet either (we talked while waiting) walked out with 2 pizzas. I’m really too busy to deal with this stuff, I hope things get better for this company but I give up, good luck tho

We order online for portal access so we don’t sit in a long drive through to have a note on the door to go through drive through. This is very unprofessional and inappropriate. I have been sitting here 30 minutes while my food has been in the portal and now I have to wait longer.

Do not come to this little Carsars they love not paying attention to customers an taken there time making the pizza an putting it in the oven. They do not wear gloves while touching your food or hair nets there suppose to have there hair in a bun not a pony tail. I order at 5:20 an still waiting on my food it’s been almost an hour they have took care of other people order before my order I’m very disappointed I will never come back here!

We did have to wait a while for a pizza, but the taller gentleman with brown hair / blue eyes was very kind and gave us some crazy bread for the long wait we had. The store looked quite clean and the pizza smells wonderful. They also made it fresh, which I really appreciate! I will be back!
