Ordered food on line. Was to be ready in about 30 minutes. They hadn’t even started it. Said that they were busy. You order on line so you don’t have to wait for the food to be cooked while there. Will not be ordering from Little Caesars again. We weren’t the only people who ordered on line and food wasn’t ready. Lots of unhappy people there.

Both of my pizzas ended up fine, because I checked. The young lady in the back making pizzas was talking on the phone the entire time I was waiting on my pizzas. She made several errors on other people’s orders because of her divided attention between cooking and her phone. It was also very difficult for the lady upfront to take order because she could not here and I could not here her over the very loud conversation on the phone from the cook in the back.

So disappointed with this transaction! I appreciate FAST service, but I also like my food cooked completely! Got a texted extremely fast saying our order was ready which seemed rushed. And sure enough it was. Whoever prepaped the food didnt cook the pizza completely. The dough was so stretchy and still raw dough like. And when they closed the box, they smashed the edge of the pizza so when we opened it, it literally peeled all the topping off. So we had to redistribute the toppings back on it. The crazy bread was also under cooked and the chicken wings were over done and dry!

Used to order from this location a lot. It used to be really good. Now even if you place an order wayyyyy ahead of time, they won’t make it on time. I worked 12 hours today, ordered & paid 1hr ahead of time, just to get here and be told a 40 minute wait????? I got a refund. This store has seriously went downhill. Sad.

We have received pizza that’s been undercooked, breadsticks that were not fully cooked,or not gotten what we asked for. Along with our pizza is NEVER on time for pickup. We were told a time and it was 1 hr past the time we were told, and 1 1/2 hrs past the time it was ordered ♀️…..the employees need to step It up or they need to hire some new people.

I really don’t know how they are still open. Different prices and policies each time we go. Hot and ready is cold and old. Extra most bestest has less topping than hot and ready. Why don’t they answer the phone instead of picking it up and putting it back down? Then when you drive over there, they tell you they are not accepting any orders right now and to come back later. Chic fila needs to train Little Caesar’s employees. It’s not the kids’ fault. They just need training and a responsible manager to enforce the training.

I ordered extra sauce and banana peppers on crazy crust. I got almost no sauce…no banana peppers. They took it back and gave me another a few minutes later. I got home and looked at it. It was the same pizza only they put banana peppers on it and cooked it again. It was hard and dry and still had no extra sauce. The crust was burned and the cheese was dark brown. I’ve been getting pizzas there for 4 years since there is no other pizza place around. The extra sauce is always a hit or miss deal, but this was the most badly made pizza I’ve ever gotten. And I’ve been eating pizza for over 50 years. Come on Little Ceasars, I worked in a pizza parlor and its not rocket science.

This place is one of the worst little causative ever been to figured I would give it one more try and what a mistake wow just about every time I have gone hear there are different employees working there my food was placed in the warmer while I waited an additional 15 minutes in the lobby wow just wow I will not return I will drive the extra miles to somewhere else
