I’ve tried going here numerous times. Normally an hour wait for the advertised “hot and ready”… which seems to be false advertising. Pizzas have either not been cooked, or they don’t even cover half of your pizza with ingredients. Here’s my final straw, this is what I waited almost 40 minutes for today (online order ahead of time, too). They didn’t offer a refund or anything besides I’d have to wait just as long for another pizza. I’ll let the picture (taken in store) speak for itself on this 3-meat deep dish. The employees clearly don’t care about the condition of the food they handle, and this is about the 10th time over gone there and had something messed up every single time (I know, I’m a fool for trying to give them a chance).

The “manager” was rude. I had a 100$ bill and that was all I had brought inside mind you I got 4 pizzas. The woman at the register asks the girl in the back if they can break it the woman then said “we can this time but don’t let it happen again” as she’s walking away not even looking at me. So disrespectful.

I always seem to have to wait. Even when I’ve ordered ahead with the app. Employee had my food and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes because they couldn’t get their “portal” to scan. My pizza was already cold along with my breadsticks. All I got was an “I’m sorry” . Not good customer service at all.

I’ve always loved Lil Cesar’s pizza…. It’s good pizza for a good price however when I see 3 young boys working and fixing their pants touching their hair messing with their face then touching the cheese pepperoni’s and everything but the sauce with bare hands no gloves I was disgusted…. I asked them to at least put on gloves or use a scoop or something and their res spendingponse is we don’t have any…. I had no words left I had to go out to the car and send my husband in I just couldn’t watch the nastiness any longer …. After spending almost $40 on our order I definitely will not be going back any time soon that’s for sure

Called 5xs trying to place order and no answer we get to location and say something and all we get was oh we are sorry. Ordered 2 pizzas 1 was thin crust sausage and ummm that means sausage the amount on this was truly sad usually a sausage pizza has it on every piece this 1 looks like it was ordered half cheese half sausage needless to say I won’t waste my time with your company again!

I had quick service and Ethan was so friendly and helpful! I’m impressed with his customer service and overall sweet attitude! The food was great! My only complaint is for the employees as it was extremely cold inside the store on a night that was 41 degrees outside! They should work in a warm climate during the cold!
