This past Friday night my wife and I went at 9:50pm to get some pizza hoping they had a hot n’ready so we wouldn’t have to make them make a whole new pizza for us right before they closed. The manager Heather took our order with much love and kindness even though they didn’t have a pizza ready and made an entire new pizza for us. Heather was super kind and was patient with us even as we scrambled for loose change to pay for the pizza and was kind enough to give us double cheese and double pepperoni! That was definitely the best little Caesar’s pizza my wife and I ever had and thanks to Heather she saved our date night

They opened back up 7 days a week now and service is great every time through the drive-thru. I normally get the classic and it’s always pretty fresh!

I have never experienced such horrendous customer service not only from the employees but their manager, Heather. I ordered an online order at 10:30 in the morning for pick up at 5:30. I received an email confirmation that the order was ready at 5:16, the time I arrived. I waited more than 15 minutes in the drive-through, holding up other customers, who were clearly agitated. After speaking to two different employees who had no clue what I was talking about, Heather, the store manager, if you want to call her that, appeared annoyed and rude at the window. She continued to make me feel stupid that my pickup order wasn’t ready until 5:30 and that she would “get me my pizza 4 minutes faster.” I tried to show her the email that the pizza was ready at 5:16 but she refused to look at it and shoved the pizzas in my face, stating, “ Take your pizzas, they are ready” over and over again.

When my pizza was left at my door, I opened it to find a wad of cold, soggy pizza…completely inedible and unable to reheat due to deformity. I tried to call the store, but no answer after 3 calls, just kept ringing. Very disappointed.

Little Caesars is a discount pizza joint as everybody knows. For the past several months I’ve avoided LC because quite frankly the pizza wasn’t worth the discounted price relative to Papa John’s. However, this location in particular and possibly others has really turned things around. I think they have new management and if so it shows. I had an event where I had a large group of kids needing pizza and gave LC a shot again after avoiding it a while. I was surprised that everything from the crust, to the sauce, to the cheese was a lot better. I asked the next time I ordered and was told the location is able to prepare pizzas the way they want VS. Whatever policy was before so toppings and cheese improved. While I still prefer Papa John’s crust VS LC crust I would have to say that for the price LC definitely has the better value now!

We just picked up Little Caesar’s (Spout Springs location) for our kids for dinner and the new owner and manager has made a complete turnaround. The pizza was fresh and perfectly made and the young lady who met us at the drive thru was so friendly and respectful. I highly encourage you to give it another try if you had given up.

It’s ALWAYS closed. I’m not sure who owns this one, but they are not willing to get in there themselves and get this store up to par. I moved back to Flowery Branch in January of this year (2022) and I’ve seen this little ceasers open twice. And it seems to be just a few hours at a time. That’s the reason for the one star. Because I cannot go any lower or I would.

Worst Little Caesar’s anywhere. Not short staffed 6 people there working, two playing on their cell phone, other four working but ignoring customers, even when you say excuse me to get their attention. 2 people in the lobby one person ahead of me in the drive thru, 30 minutes later I go in to see what’s going on, finally get a persons attention and am told if I don’t like the wait to go somewhere else. The manager is clearly not present or even capable of training or running this store. I managed a little Caesar’s for two years and know what I am talking about. This place is terribly ran.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO LITTLE CEASER IN FLOWERY BRANCH! After waiting 20 mins and watching the employee talk trash through the window about me, I finally called her over to ask what the problem was, she replied I don’t know why you are starting at me. Apparently you are not allowed to look through the drive through windows while waiting 20+ minutes on a “hot and ready pizza”!!! I said if you spent less time talking trash about the customers and making pizza I would not be sitting here looking at you for 20 mins! After 20+ minutes of going back and forth with the 3 teen smart mouth employees. I asked for my money back and the mangers number! I still have no credit and they refused to give me the managers number! The entire interaction ended with the “manager on duty” hanging out the drive thru window screaming for me to NEVER COME BACK! So after thirty minutes I left with no pizza mad as ….! The corporate office took the complaint but the manager has yet to call me! AVOID AT ALLLLLLLL COST! I mean if I check into this place it says Starbucks they literally stink!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!

The bad reviews sadden me right now! Due to today society where it is hard to find people to work in the food industry I am sure the owner and managers are trying their best! I had a personal experience I would like to share.
