I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of cheese bread 90 min before arriving. I waited another 90 mins after arriving. Those poor employees were burning up their AC units were not working and they were slammed. The staff was apologetic but people keept coming in getting their orders it took them over 90 minutes to get the cheese bread ready while my pizzas set in the warming oven.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for well over 5 years now, but the service has deteriorated tremendously over this past year. Today, I have had it. I go in to get a single classic pepperoni and I am told that it will take 20 mins. Cool, that’s fine, a little long, but fine. I was the only person in at the time and 30 mins later I go up to the counter and ask if they’re alright. They said that it would take a few more mins and by this time. There are like 6-7 people waiting. I don’t get food until after like 45 mins and I have already made up in my mind that I will never be back.

I ordered my order on the app and gave ample time for my food to be prepared. when I arrived at the store it was empty I walked over to get my order from the pizza portal it was also empty. I waited until someone came to the front counter and politely asked what was going on with my order. the lady rudely replied and when to the back without an explanation.

Online ordering is a scam. I get notified by text and also email that my order is ready to pick up at the machine and there’s nothing ever there — this has happened more than once. The manager says the system does this by itself.

This place is beyond nasty. Looks like it’s never cleaned. Grease all over everything, floor nasty, two TV/screens not working. If I hadn’t ordered and paid online I would not have gotten any food.
