I never thought such a LC existed. Not only was my family-sized (QED BIG) order done on time & was hot, the staff was above & beyond friendly, & I even got LC cookies…. Wait…. Cookies?! Yup… In the years I’ve eaten at LC, I never knew they had complimentary cookie packs until I got pizza at this location. TEN STARS (as of the date of this review)!!!

There is no instrument known to humans that is capable of measuring the depth of ineptness at the Little Caeser’s, Elberton GA establishment….time after time…I’m to blame really for going back. Called in an order at 8:20, Got there at 10 to 9.. Sign off door locked and employees taking food out the back door and their car had the drive through blocked. Guess open til 9 doesn’t mean 9.

If you wanna wait an hour for a hot and ready pizza this is the place for you! Nobody is ever allowed to go inside to order because the doors are ALWAYS locked. Literally. You’ll sit in the drive through for 15-30 minutes before anyone ever comes to take your order (IF they actually come to take your order, sometimes they hide so you’ll eventually pull off) and then they’ll make you pull forward and wait another 45 minutes for your pizza.

The staff got our order right. The amount of customer service we got was wonderful. Derek and Gary were the best. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. Great service and food pizza was great.

Absolute trash. We waited at the drive thru and no one came to help so we went inside, waited behind 1 other person. Waited a solid 5mins for them to acknowledge that people were in the store. They helped the person in front of me and then went to the drive thru to help someone who just pulled up. They only had 2 pizzas ready and the drive thru took them. Told me it would be 20mins for a pizza. Ridiculous, so much for hot and ready.
