Worst ever. Paid almost 30 dollars just to go home and see they didnt even come close to giving me what I ordered. How does someone mess up a simple pizza! All I wanted was a 3 topping pizza-pineapple, bacon and mushroom. They gave me black olives and mushrooms- half the pizza is all crust. This location has never met any standards, had no standards or employees that want to do a job right. If I didnt have a screaming 2 year old I’d get my refund. Cant call them either- never have a phone connected. Do not go here unless you want to spend money on careless mistakes. Better off having gas station pizza at that rate!

I ordered ahead on the app. Pickup time was 7:38 PM. I get there at 7:45. No pizza. They weren’t even aware that we had placed an online order. After checking they apologized and said new pickup time was 8:15. Went back at 8:15 they said they still didn’t have the order. I didn’t understand because before we left they told us it came through and would be ready by 8:15.

Stopped off the hwy for overnight here. Decided to try to order a pizza. I started calling at 8:40PM. No one answered. So I drove there and they were still open, but when I got inside at 8:50PM the guy said “bro I don’t have no more pizzas we’re about to close”. Either you’re open FOR BUSINESS until 9pm AS POSTED (false advertising) or you’re not! Businesses like this disgust me.

I have gone 4-5 times to get the Hot & Ready pizza – never have they actually had any available. Nor do they offer you anything for the inconvenience – asked for a free 2 liter soda, nope! This past Friday did an online order for the Deep Dish Detroit – showed up to pick it up and was told they tried to call to tell me that they didn’t have the necessary items to make a Deep Dish – i had ZERO calls between the time of my order and showing up, much less a call from Little Caesars. Don’t waste your time at this place, won’t be giving them another chance. Already hung themselves too many times

I order a pizza with extra sauce and I got a pizza with hardly no sauce. Customer service was sub par at best with long hair and no hat or net. Hopefully they get better. I may try again sometime and update my experience.

This location is getting worse. Have t been here in over a month decided to give it a try. Places an online order tried calling to let them know I would be late picking it up, number only doesn’t work. Go pick up my order get home then pizza looks terrible, the don’t cut it all the way through so you have huge slices and the cheese just look like it wasn’t cooked all the way. Needless to say I will or go here anymore.

Ordered online in advance for several pizzas. Order went through online fine. Went to go pick up the pizzas and the store was closed. Lights off. Doors locked. Yet they took the money out of our account the following day. When you call they don’t answer the phone. I disputed the charge with our bank and they informed me unfortunately this is not the 1st dispute they’ve done with this place lately.

My husband ordered pizzas and breadsticks for pickup online at 2:00pm for pickup at 6:00. Got there at 6:15 to pick up the food and the young kid was rude and said none of it was made. The man behind me was waiting an hour past his pick up time. When we both asked for a refund he was rude about getting the manager. This has happened almost every time we have done a pickup.

I ordered pizza online at 7:40pm. The manager from Little Caesars texted me and asked how long will it take for us to get there bc they are closed. I texted back and said my husband was on his way, about 7 minutes. The manager texted back “Ok”. My husband got there at 8:10pm, the manager said they didn’t make the pizzas because they close at 8:00pm which their website says 9:00pm closing as advertised. Reminder that the manager had texted me about my pizzas and NEVER said she needed to cancel my order. She supposedly said she will refund my money but I’ll find out in 3 days. She didn’t give my husband a receipt for a refund. And yes, you do get receipts for refunds. I get them in email form or paper at Walmart, Amazon, Verizon, etc. She was extremely rude and kicked my husband out when he asked for a refund receipt. She cussed at my husband in front of my 8-year-old daughter which is actually against the law in GA and cost a fine up to $1000.00. I think it was the color of our skin because we’re white and she was black bc nothing was said until she saw my white husband. Just saying. BTW, this was in Madison, GA.

Ordered online. They called me back quickly and said they didn’t have what I ordered. I asked to have my order (already charged) refunded to my card. Girl said she would call me right back. No return call!! Called them back and only got the their answering machine, Left two messages and still not response! They owe me $25 and they won’t even acknowledge me. Never order from Little Ceasars again anywhere!!!
