I ordered from here before for lunch and it was the best I’ve had from Little Caesars. So I decided to get dinner from here one night. Horrible experience all around. I picked my food up at 10:30pm and arrived home. I opened the box’s and noticed one of my pizzas was missing a topping so I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and no one picked up. So I decided to drive back since it’s literally 2 min down the road from me. I got back at 10:40 and the doors were locked and the open sign turned off. They are still open for 20min at that point and all of the staff were sitting on counters talking and hanging out. I knocked on the door and they told me they were closed so I held up the pizza and told them I have an issue. So they let me in and I tell them my issue. They made me a whole new pizza and I was fine with that. I get home again and take the first bite of the pizza that was correct. And the dough was extremely raw. I take a bite of the pizza that they had just remade for me and it was as well, raw. They were closed at that point and knew they were not going to pick up the phone. So I emailed the company about my issue and asked for my money back. Waited 5 days to get a response back since there was Easter Sunday and the weekend. Still no response however and no money back. Very disappointed and will not be going back to any Little Caesars since even the company as a whole cannot fix the issue that they have made.

I’ve been coming to this location for three years now. And i am always so impressed by the employees. no matter how busy or crazy it is they notice you. I’ve even come to pick up six pizzas on super bowl sunday and the lady was SO SO sweet and kind and even gave me some of the little cookies i haven’t had since i was a kid. There were so many angry rude customers and she still chose to be nice to me. My only complaint is the fact that the AC in there doesn’t seem to work. The fact that as a company you are letting your workers bust their butt in that hot store is absurd. They always seem to be understaffed and i can see why when as a customer just standing in the lobby i am sweating bullets. Your employees deserve more and i am so disappointed.

Took a chance on a HnR pepp. It was fresh and sufficient cheese. Poorly cut though.

Thank you, MARQUISE! I have had a 5 star experience thanks to you. He was polite and so helpful days before my event and even came in early to ensure that my order was ready when I needed it! The pizza was well made and everything was EXACTLY as ordered! The kids had an amazing time and loved the pizza! You are professional, courteous, and so funny. Give Marquise a bonus!

Never will I return! While waiting on my pizza I watched the manager pull pizza and box for customers and a young guy making the pizza I couldn’t see if he had gloves on but he came up to the front no gloves and playing in his beard while talking to the manager. Instead of washing his hands he proceeds to make more Pizza. I damn sure requested my money back and the manager made it seem as if it was ok!

First order… got home and both pizzas burnt. No one ever answers the phone. They remade the pizzas and 1 burned and one was wrong pizza. Lets not talk about the breadsticks. Smh. This used to be my favorite location!

We placed an order via phone on July 4th. We called beforehand to verify closing time and we were told 6:00. We showed up at 5:00 to the doors being locked and the store closed. There were several people outside experiencing this also.

I’ve been going to this particular Little Caesars in Grovetown for some time now, and normally it’s in and out. However comma on my last visit it took 30 minutes for a Fenceroni Pepperoni, and an order of crazy bread. Then, when I got the Pizza, there was nothing fancy about it. Just a regular Pepperoni Pizza. I didn’t have the time to wait for them to fix my order. They were short staffed, and it appeared as though all employees were younger in age. They need to get a manager that has experience. Not going back to that location. Papa John’s is my go to, and I should’ve known better.

Apparently on Sundays or it could be other days as well, they’re not open at 10:30 like their whole schedule says online but only actually open at 12:00. If the doors are open it’s because they’re only taking online order pickups which doesn’t make any sense, considering the fact that if you’re open to do business for online orders and Little Caesars whole stick is about being hot and ready, then I don’t understand why Walk-ins aren’t necessary until 12:00. It just doesn’t really make sense to me at all considering that every other restaurant in the vicinity is open for lunch at 10:30 regardless.

My son brought me this pizza that was ordered yesterday, there is a piece of black hair baked into the crust. Please keep your hair in a hair net while cooking the pizza… make sure there isn’t loose hair on your shoulders before starting work. Thank you
