Pizza was a little undercooked. But was still good. They were out of a lot of things to include drinks for the lunch special due to delayed truck which I understand. Manager was accommodating and got drinks from another store nearby to be able to provide me and other customers the 24oz drink with comes with the lunch combos. That was outstanding customer service!

Probably the worst service I have ever had. It doesn’t matter what time of the day we go. There is never any food ready. It’s always a 25 to 35 minute wait. The customer service is horrible. Nobody seems like they even want to work there.

I barely give any reviews. Barely, only, and ONLY if it’s bad or really good. The food is okay. But I can tell when I walk into the front, the atmosphere, no one wants to work here. The lights weren’t even on. I went to the drive thru, and they didn’t even come to the window, but they for the third car that went through. They don’t even want to make half their menu. Because they just don’t want to. I am sorry, but the staff needs a change, or the location needs to close.

I used the LC app and it was super easy to place my order. I put in a later time to pick up and showed up a few minutes early. Surprise, my pizza wasn’t ready yet. They timed it perfectly to come out of the oven at the exact time I chose. That to me is ideal. The store was clean and although they were busy with customers, the staff was polite and friendly.

Giving them one star because zero is not an option. I ordered online and it took them almost an hour to get me pizza. Employees in the store were not friendly and had one guy working while the other employees were goofing off in the back. Waited in the store for 20 mins and the drive through line didn’t move! Not to mention a line inside out the door. And this is Saturday lunch time! Do better. Probably our last time.

I went in at opening time. I was told they was closed. Sign inside says they’re down to one oven with a 30-45 minute wait time. A male employee stated they only have two employees at the moment. Very non apologetic. I just wished them a great day! Bad business tho! Im leaving this review bc I came here months ago with similar issues.

If I could give zero stars I would. They’re pizzas are cheap, but you can taste the cheapest in them. The short, white man that’s manager is extremely rude and likes to undercut people. I asked the the new double cheese/double pepperoni pizza and they gave me a normal one instead and lied saying it was under the cheese(It was not). I told him that it was a normal pizza and then he sat there and lied to my face because the other pizza had more pepperoni then mine! He got an attitude when I asked for a refund and went into the kitchen to talk about ME loudly for me to hear. Save your money. Pizza Hut is much friendlier and for the same 7.55 you were going to give this store, you can get a medium one topping pizza with much more favor and pepperoni
