I have made multiple orders at this location since it has opened and while past experiences have been complimentary.. this one has been quite unusual due to the owner. I made a online order of 1 half pepperoni half cheese pizza, 1 garlic cheese bread, and bread sticks. When I arrived I used my code 579 and picked up the food from the automatic oven. Drove home and opened my pizza box to see I did not have half n half, but half pepperoni n half sticks. Called and spoke w the young man who was working the counter and he discussed with the cook that maybe the pizza was just cut incorrectly? Then asked if I would text a picture of my pizza. I even told him my daughter could not wait to eat the pepperoni slice seeing as the pizza should of been half n half. I was not expecting to send a picture. The young man said he would write the issue in the system and I asked if I could come later in the evening once I had someone to stay home with my daughter, like maybe around 6 and he agreed. I called at 5:35pm and asked if the order could be made so I could come pick it up and the young lady placed me on hold to then have a older woman, whom I am assuming now is the owner, began questioning me where the other pizza is. I said no one told me I needed the pizza or needed to bring it back. I tried to explain that my original order was at 2 in the afternoon. I told her I sent a picture to the young man and she claimed that is her son and with so many people accusing them of mess ups over the last two weeks I would need to bring the other pizza and kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I am flabbergasted by the unprofessionalism in this situation and lack of follow through. Please ignore grammar mistakes as I am upset by this establishment and their lack of customer service support. I overall rate the owners zero stars for hanging up on me and not owning up to their mistake nor trying to fix it.

My kids love their pizza. I was waiting for one to come closer to my home. Now they are 3 miles from me. The pizza is fantastic. The customer service has to improve a little. You have to meet your customers with a smile including the management. A customer should never feel like you are bothering them to patronize their business. Every Little Caesars seem to be the same in the Warner Robins, Kathleen and Perry Area.

Visited 2x and both times order wasn’t correct. Either missing toppings or following special instructions. Wanted us to drive 20 minutes to verify that the mistake was validated for replacement. It’s not worth my time for $8. I know, moving forward, that my family who had a history of spending $75-$100 month in Atlanta, was happy one came closer to us for our bi-monthly family pizza parties have decided to visit other establishments because they can’t get their act together. Sad only because they’ve only been open for a few months. Should maybe trust customers that they’re not trying to scam you out of the $2.33 cost of replacing a product and perhaps have a customer loyalty for years. Oh well, Good luck new business!

Ordered large 2 topping, didn’t ask for thin crust,,,,whala,,,,,get home thin crust even though it was clearly on the reciet traditional round. This was my second issue with a problem with this new place but in the last month has really flopped
