I say my experience was less than satisfactory. I did not feel welcome. I did not feel comfortable. It was something in the air. The staff is stressed. It could be bad management. I wanted to ask the clerk could I help this place. I have a lot of photos. You can see the place is dirty and they are short on the sauces.

It’s Little Caesars, pretty good pizza at a pretty good price. I especially love the Italian cheese bread. The new thin crust pizza seems to have a spicier sauce, and uses the same thin crust as Dominos.

Went through the drive thru today and the girl took our order for 2 cheese pizzas. She said it would be about 10 minutes so we parked and waited. Went into the store to pick up the pizzas and she said oh I’m sorry I don’t know where they are? Just give her a minute. So went out to my car waited another 10 minutes went back inside and she was like how can I help you like she never saw me before. I said I was the one in the drive thru that was waiting on the cheese pizzas she said oh they are in the oven now. So had to wait another 10 minutes there were other people waiting too saying that they had been waiting also. So I told her just to give me a refund because I had kids and groceries in the car then she tells me oh I’m gonna have to call my manager to walk me thru a refund.? Wow . So I said just forget it since I have to wait anyway I’ll just wait on the pizza. So waited and she was like they are in the oven now again!!! So finally I got my order so what turned into what was supposed to be a 10 minute trip turned into 30 mins. She acted like she was on something just all over the place was not getting orders out for people that ordered first it was the worst experience ive had here not to mention one of the workers friends showed up and decided to go outside and have a smoke in the middle of all this chaos. Very very rude customer service! The lady at the window had a very nasty attitude and wanted to argue with me for letting my passenger place her order from her side while it was raining. She made us get in the back of the line an took the next customers order who stuck in front of the car behind him and almost caused an accident but she said it was our fault witch didn’t make any sense! Just rude I’ve had other bad customer service experiences here but this one was the worst!

New staff and new attitude! Every thing has improved . . .except one thing. . . They are going light handed on the extra most bestest sausage pizza. Despite what they say about using portion cups. I’m almost certain I’m getting the amount that’s placed on a hot and ready. Where is my extra that should come with the pizza? I was pretty regular a couple times a week but I haven’t been by in about a month now. I’ll return some day. I’d still recommend this to friends and family
