Second time at this location. First time I ordered online and still had to wait about an hour after it was scheduled to be picked up. This time I stood in line for 45 min behind 2 people just to order. I don’t think they have enough staff honestly. The company needs to do better if that is the case. I can go to another location in town and get back home quicker. Shame

Went to lil ceasers with low expectations as this location is usually not adequately staffed for the amount of volume it receives, and left with the determination to never go back again. I waited almost 40 minutes for two pizzas that were made originally within 10 minutes, but were given away to a customer that had just ordered! After i finally said something to the cashier, she told me my pizza was “burnt” and i watched her put a new one in the oven without any gloves on. The pizza i received is pictured. I know it’s lil ceasers and i’m not expecting perfection, but not ONE person on staff apologized for their mistake, or even tried to make up for the 40 minute wait in the store. I watched 5 other customers who had ordered WAY after me leave with their food within minutes of ordering. Someone please get this store together!

We had a long day of traveling and decided to order online for pick up at 915 pm. (Little Caesars is my sons favorite!) I ordered a pretzle crust pizza with pepperoni. My husband went to pick it up and the doors were locked at 9:15pm. (The website says they are open til 10pm on Sundays. ) It’s awkward because our pizza isn’t in the pickup bay and he has to ask for it. Not really a problem really but when he looks at it in the car he sees no pepperoni but assumes it’s under the cheese. When he brings it home we realize it’s not pretzle crust (but a very heavy VERY heavy sprinkle of salt) so heavy salted on regular crust ANNND no pepperoni. I tried to call the store around 930 and no answer. This is really more of an issue of not getting what you pay for and false advertising on open hours. There is a large population of homeless and less privileged who frequent this location and I don’t like to think they get taken advantage of from these poor practices.

This is definitely a smooth running pizza joint.. and the staff working there was a flawless machine, pumping out pizza after pizza and I was impressed with the flow and serving alot of us there that night. Thumbs up to that crew working the night I got my bacon pineapple pizza!!
