Placed an online order. Was supposed to be done at 9:14. It was not. At 9:34 my pizza was still not done, and online it said my order could no longer be tracked. Asked the employees what was going on and they said they just started cooking my second pizza at 9:35. So 20 minutes after my pick up time, my order was being started. Got home and the order isn’t even correct

For the most part, I recommend this place, but personally for me I’m not loving the parking lot situation. And yes it matters that I can get in and out without incidents of paint trading. There’s too much vehicle and no where near enough space for me personally to choose this place for pie but it is close to the house but then again so is Pizza Hut without the parking problem.

HOT AND READY??? Came in and asked for a lunch combo little lady behind the counter told me she doesn’t have any. Asked her when one would be ready. And she said 20-30 mins. That’s ridiculous the whole point of little Caesar’s is inexpensive , ready to go pizzas.

OMG I’m a review kind of girl and I’m so mad at myself that I did not review any of the comments from you guys.. I went there yesterday for a the kids and I also got myself a order of garlic Parmesan wings because I haven’t had them in a while, I’ve seen 8 trays in the warmer and I asked him how long they’ve been in there because I know that they’re not fresh. So he said that he will make me a fresh order of garlic pamesan wings. And after getting home and taking my pain pill for having my teeth pulled that day. I finally was able to eat, I took a bite of the wings and they were Not fresh. Even though it took me 20 minutes to sit down and get situated to eat when I bit into the wings it tasted old and like freezer burn. I called and called with no answers but I’ll be back today for a refund on my wings

My pizza was really good. I could actually see and taste the pepperoni on the pizza!! Whoever charred the bacon *thank you* bc it was so good on my pizza! 4/5 because I asked for light sauce and it wasn’t light, but all in all, I’m satisfied.

I am so incredibly disappointed in the customer service here tonight. When I arrived to order some pizza, it was empty in the parking lot, & only 2 people inside. One of the men was waiting on his order & the other was waiting to order. The guy who was waiting to order left because no one came to the front to take his order. Shortly after he left a 3 more different parties of people came in to order as well. I was still waiting to order. I heard a lady in the back tell another lady that there were customers in the lobby. I then see this lady slowly (like sloth slowness) emerge staring at her phone. Once she finally put down the phone, she came over with a attitude to take my order. Then she took her sweet slow time taking everyone else’s orders. The thing that really made me & other customers mad tonight was the fact that the girl running the front completely forgot about the very first guy’s order. We all advised him to speak up. He did, & the girl did not even remember his order. He had to show her his receipt in order for him to get his pizza. The girl running the front lobby tonight 9/25/22, was unprofessional, rude, had a horrible attitude, did not pay attention to detail, was too busy having her face glued to her phone, is not efficient, is not precise, is completely lazy. Honestly, she needs to be fired. This location lost out on at least 2 opportunities to make sales tonight.
