Had the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Came and got my kids some pizza for the dinner. Sat in the drive-thru for about 35 minutes. Then I was asked after I paid to go and park my car in the front and it should take 10 to 15 minutes and they would bring out my stuff. 25 30 35 minutes later, I walked in to ask what was going on and she just handed me my stuff. Like you had been sitting there the entire time!!!

Hate that once it’s 8 pm your call will not be answered the phone just ring and rings forever no matter how many times you call. That is my only complaint that I have so far and 2 times that I got a wrong pizza and didn’t check until I got home

I had a taste for pizza, and decided to try here tonight. Customer service was not the best. I ordered the 3- meat, thin and crispy. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes, to pull around, and they would bring it out to me. Several cars came and went. After 30 minutes, I drove back to the window to see how much longer it would take. I sat there for about 5 minutes, before she came to the window, because she was lying across the counter eating pizza. She went to check. She pulled my pizza out the warmer. No one ever came to bring me my pizza. I was sitting right there facing the door. No apology or anything. Poor customer service, and inconsiderate of my time. Waiting over 30 minutes , is not HOT N READY!!!!

A lot of people view Little Caesars as garbage pizza. Or, if not garbage, at least a mediocre option to be avoided whenever possible. My wife is one of them. But LC holds a special place in my heart. As a child growing up dirt floor poor in Arvada, Colorado, some of of my fondest memories were the special days when we scrounged up enough money from odd jobs to indulge in the special treat that was the original “Pizza! Pizza!” For those not in the know, LC used to serve two pizzas on a cardboard tray inside a giant paper bag. For like a nickel. Those were the days…
