You’ll either get really fresh and good pizza or you’ll get cardboard because it’s burnt, there is no in between. I like sauce, not a single drop spread around it. They need to have standards set in place. I was a manager at a pizza place for five years and this never would have made it past quality control.

Very unprofessional, i understand the shortage in workers but you all definitely need an ADULT MANGER OR SUPERVISOR. It was so much playing and inappropriate language it was really uncomfortable to sit and wait for my order that was supposed to been done 10 mins ago. Ordered online and it said 35 mins and got there a few mins late and food was still not ready. I use to be a manger so I know how it is when no manger is working and the atmosphere definitely showed it. They weren’t rude just not professional and no standards whatsoever.

After Mr. Larry the regional manager retired the managers nor workers adhere to work ethics, principles, and customer service standard’s. This translates over to customer experience. Theres one shift manager that admitted they don’t train their managers you just get the title after passing a basic culinary exam for serving safe and watching work education videos at HR you don’t get tested on. The other reviews speak for themselves, and hold true. The ideology of what former management has always told their successors is to not make friends with your coworkers for your judgement will be blinded and social engineering always occurs as they climb up the ladder piggy backed off of your trust and friendship you created. There’s a reason why military people and sociopaths make the best entrepreneurs, businessman and managers as their results speak for themselves, and they don’t get social engineered upon, make friends with people under them and ensure the truth is truthful behind everything and the consistency of truth afterwards. You never yell at a customer, get annoyed with them show it regardless of the case on multiple accounts in short time period as a manager. Customers nor your workers are your punching bag for your emotions basic management ethics lacking. The negative reviews on this place certainly are true coming from a former employee of this location.

They was nice… but took them almost an hour to give me a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza… the inside was packed wit customers that alrdy paid for their food but just waiting… it was so packed people decided not to wait in the store cuz it was so packed…. It was a terrible experience….. will not be coming back…

Yo, that calzone smells! I couldn’t try it, the stink was so bad. My wife braved it an she almost threw up. The box was dripping with garlic butter. It was pooling up. Rude people when I called to complain. They offered me another one but I dare not bring another in my house. I don’t know if the cheese was expired or it was over seasoned but I do know that was way too much garlic butter. If I could give no stars I would.
