Had a bad experience there as I ordered 4 pizzas and received 2 of the 4 correct. I called the store and the manager there took the time to understand the situation. She looked my order up and I sent her pictures of my order being wrong. She told me she was already aware of it as a customer came in and brought back the other half of my order. She asked if she could remake the pizzas for me but I had to buy a different meal that night due to there mistakes and told her I would like a refund due to the fact what I order was no were what I received and my kids would not eat it she asked if I could bring the order back as it was policy I said absolutely. I ended up having an emergency happen and never got back to the store that day, when I did get the chance to come back I was lucky the same manager was there, she had my refund waiting for me with a sweet little note on the envelope saying sorry for our mistakes. I was in and out in no time. Thanks to that sweet manager there I was able to get amazing service she will be the only reason I will come back. As I had issues there before and had to argue with other managers about there mistakes. They all need to learn from the one they have there now.

I’ve been ordering pizza from little Caesars for years. The pizzas are always fresh, hot and made with generous toppings. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. The wait time is usually between 15 and 20 minutes. The bread sticks are delicious but you have to ask for any sauces that you may want. Prices have increased, but still reasonable. I recommend little Caesars.

I haven’t had pizza from Little Caesar’s in a while but I’m glad I ordered some this night! I ordered an ExtraMostBestest pepperoni pizza with Caesar bbq wings, and cookie dough brownie minis for dessert. It was a perfect combination for a girls night and the prices are crazy cheap! I absolutely can’t believe I’ve been paying so much at Pizza Hut vs coming here! Everything was so delicious and hot!

This location is by far the best in Columbus! The wait times are lower than expected, they always ask if u want extra items. The cashier Ashley is always very courteous & helpful. I highly recommend u go order a pizza here. Please keep in mind they actually have to make your pizza (there no magic wand in the back), so be nice & patient. See y’all next time.

They never answer the phone in the evening.If you go to the restaurant to place an order because they won’t pick up the phone,then they tell you they are out of dough basically. Told me they didn’t have a thin crust or anything for that matter.All they hasd was original cheese pizza.Sounds like someone wanted to clean up their work area way before time to close.When I originally started trying to contact them to place an order it was only around 9.There was a whole hour to go.shame on them for not having better work ethics.

The only reason they are getting a 2 star is because the Manger did make things better. So I called in my order I repeated my self 5 times on what I wanted. Granted they stated they had a new system and did not know how to work it yet. In that case there should have been at least one Manger that knew how to operate the “new” system. Anyway I waited 45 minutes to get my order and what do you know it was completely wrong. Had to refund my money which I still have not seen in my account and reorder it. The second time it took 10 mins for my order to come out. So I was there for almost and hour trying to get my family dinner. The little Manger had a bit of an attitude at first but so did I. I had just waited 45 mins for a pizza and cheese sticks and it was not what I ordered. Next time I will go across town to the Forrest road location. They always get my order correct. I will not be going back to this location.

We have been enjoying Little Caesars for years but todays order was completely disappointing. The pizza was soggy and the sauce was not good. The pepperoni cheese bread was bland and tasteless. The crazy bread was thin and hard as a rock with almost no garlic on it. I’m not sure if we will be returning after this.
