Placed an online order for a deep dish pizza. When I walked in, They had a cardboard sign that read “ Out of deep dish”. After waiting for another few minutes, An associate finally asks me if it’s carry out or in store order. I give him my name and he says “So we’re out of deep dish, We replaced it with an extra pepperoni pizza” then walks away. When he returns I ask him about the price difference and he says “ there’s nothing we can do. You either cancel the order or take it”

The food here is as good as you can expect from a Little Caesar’s, so taking that in to consideration I have no complaints there. The service here is my only real issue. It’s not rude or even bad, just really slow. I’ve never had a quick trip here. My most recent experience I ordered a pizza online and even expected it to take longer than the tracker estimated, so I gave it an extra 10 minutes before planning to pick it up. I was pretty close, it actually took an extra 15 minutes but that ended up not mattering because I sat in line at the “pick-up” window for over 20 minutes to get it. That’ll be the first and last time I use the window. The workers are nice enough though.

I usually have good service at this location. But today was very poor service. One of the pizzas I ordered was burnt and distorted. When I called the location. The store manager name Rebecca has poor skills. Instead of offering a replacement pizza she state and what you expect. When explaining to Rebecca what I expected. She hung the phone on me. When I called back she hung up on again. Poor service. This is the Deep dish pizza served.

The treatment I got yesterday was beyond horrible!! I will no longer support this business as long as the current manager works there. Not only did I wait for over an hour past my pick up time for 2 basic pizzas, she threatened to cancel my order bc I wanted to know what was going on. Mind you I had already paid as well. Then to get my pizza and it looked like this….. It’s ridiculous.

Not happy with this place at all! Hours of operation posted says they are open till 10 pm. Well that seems to not be the case. I have gone in several times trying to get a pizza around 9:30pm just to be told they are closed. I called and spoke with a manager who informed me that they close early when they feel like it and hung up on me. Oh and to top it all off the next time I ordered a pizza I was informed that I was banned from the location. This place is a joke and they need to get employees that actually want to work and aren’t worried about getting out early and worry about making the business money!

I called over 10 times. They never answer the phone and this has been multiple occasions. From what we’ve noticed, there’s only two tweak or girls who work there and they’re very snotty. They need new management and the customer service is just awful. I don’t have a problem dealing with any other pizza restaurants in the area. They definitely have lost a customer until there’s new management and they learn how to answer the phone.

Was excited to see they brought the pretzel crust back, but I’ve had it twice now, and it just don’t taste the same as before. Would also like to say they need to teach their employees proper procedures when coming back from a cigarette break, wash your damn hands, probably won’t be returning to this location,except to buy garlic cups ♀️

Even when you order in the app or call it’s still at least an hour wait any day of the week if they haven’t ran out of dough then your just sol after waiting an hour. Terrible service! No communication skills while manager is always outside smoking leaving the staff to fend for themselves

For the price the pizza is great. The place itself is ok. Went here for the first time and one employee was sitting near the door smoking and the other was working the front/drive-thru. Only had to wait 3 minutes for two pepperoni pizzas.
