Normally I would give them good ratings and it’s not the store but the app. The store had a malfunction but the app doesn’t know that and you pay for your pizza through the app but never get your pizza. Not the crews fault but definitely an issue with the app.

I’m from Detroit, I have grown-up loving little ceasers pizza. I can’t explain how hard it is for me to not like my local little ceasers. They either burn or under cook everytime I order. The pictures are from my last 4 visits, 3 are burned, and yesterday’s was undercooked to the point of the dough being raw. I have talked to a few managers and corporate with nothing changing.

Not only did it take forever for someone to take my order! Waiting for fresh pizza fine no problem!! This is how my pizza came out this is a THIN crust pizza normally means crispy bottom??? Not so soft and mushy almost not done had to recook at home because after 20 phone call attempts and no answers I’m bitter will be there tommorw for refunds!

Horrible experience. This used to be my favorite Little Caesars. Pizza has been terrible and customer service is terrible. I gave them many chances. Just can’t do it anymore.. Also they don’t use gloves or hairnets! Hair should not be a pizza topping. Gross!

Usually I have no issues when I go to this location. But this time I asked for a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, got home and it was two pepperoni pizza so I’m having to deal with my 5 year old not wanting to eat. Also the pizza wasn’t even cut fully. Come on people.

Placed an online order and got a notification the pizza was ready by 6:30. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and jalapeños and then a regular classic pepperoni. I went in and was told it wasn’t ready. I waited 10 more minutes then was told they don’t have jalapeños. Even though I paid more for the two topping pizza. No one offered to reimburse they just gave me my pizza and that was it. Wont be coming back here.
