Young workers goofing off. Cashier don’t even greet you when you walk in. I told her I wanted the pizza pretzel bundle & she said we don’t have that after I repeated it twice YET it’s advertised right in front of the cash register. Other employee had to show her how to ring it up. And then I ordered slices and sticks with jalapenos. Once we received the pizzas, there was no jalapenos on the slices and sticks order. And, then I received a cheesy pepperoni pizza & no pretzel crust. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took everything in me not to go back inside because if I did I was going to lose my cool knowing it’s because the workers are messing around instead of doing their job. Maybe try.hiring people that want to work and not some young people that can’t read or listen to a simple order !

last night i drove up the window at 6765 Dunn Ave Bldg G 205, Jacksonville, FL location at 8pm and tried to order a pizza. the girl said all they had was pepperoni with a matter of fact look. after a long day i was too tired to argue and being hungry i said fine. she immediately took a pizza out of the warmer and rang it up. am i to believe that your locations have workers so lazy now that im going to have to accept a product that’s been sitting in a warmer for a couple hours if i’m to continue to patron this location or any little ceasar’s location for that matter? needless to say by the time i got home the pizza was cold, lifeless, and unappealing. i’ve been a long standing customer of your product. i’d like some satisfaction in your attention to this matter. if i could post 0 stars i would. have a nice day. x2

Customer service is trash. Young lady as cashier was on the phone and eating crazy while making orders. There was a woman that ordered 10mins before I did. And I watched three drive thru orders come and go. And two walk ins. Lady was still waiting. SMH(her order was the same as mines). When my name was called. I gave her my order so she could go.

Whoever owns this store needs to fire everyone in there and start fresh. The two females that worked in there today were very unprofessional. One just kept saying how she was gonna walk out and quit very loud while customers were in the store. They were very nonchalant, and no pizzas were “HOT & READY”. Which is the whole point of going to little Ceasars. Not going back for a while. Hopefully the owner finds new management and staff.
