This place has gone downhill in the last month. Service is terrible. I order on the app, and the pizza is always 10-20 minutes late. The app has an order tracker, but it isn’t updated. They have a sign posted asking customers to be patient. The woman making pizzas pizza was texting on her phone. I don’t have patience for that.

Yesterday, I placed an app order for a thin 2-topping pizza and a personal Pineapple Pepsi soda, along with a cheese pizza and crazy bread with sauce. When I went to retrieve my order, the bread and sauce were stuck on top of the pizza boxes, making it difficult to get my food. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked for help, but I thanked them graciously even though they also did not have the advertised Pineapple Pepsi and left to have a quick picnic with my daughter and grandchildren. Unfortunately, the cheese pizza had a different texture, almost like they used deep-dish for a regular round, and the crazy bread was too soggy with butter and undercooked. When my daughter and I opened our second pizza, it had the wrong toppings. I went back inside, and the same staff member seemed bothered to help with the issue. They made another pizza, but it STILL had the wrong toppings the second time around. I was not willing to wait an additional 15 minutes for a third attempt at getting it right. Eventually, they refunded my entire order without discussing the matter with me properly. It was a frustrating experience, and the store needs some training to improve their service.

Do not waste your time here. Undercooked crazy bread, undercooked pizza, wasted $28.96 here! Please don’t let this be you they can careless if they got a line to the door. Understaffed and the food was terrible so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere with your hard earned money. This location is not it and should be closed! TRASH

Hot in readys were gone so i ordered 3 pizzas. My 15 minute wait was more like 60 minutes. In that time I personally saw them mess up 4 of the 5 customers orders. Then mine was finally done, I ordered 3 pizzas and there was only 2 made. I should have noticed the price was low, but didn’t think to double check. Either way, I took my 2 pizzas and went to a different store to buy a third.

No hot and ready pizzas available. Customer right in front of me in the line was completely ignored and ended up leaving because the staff couldn’t stop playing on their phones with their backs to the register. The girl that cut our pizza was texting and we had a slice that took up 1/4 of the size. Oblivious to customers and horrible service.

The customer service here used to be terrible!! But the employees working there now are a lot better. They might not be the quickest but they’re usually pretty busy it seems like! I just order ahead and go pick it up now.
