We all know what Little Caesars is at its core. Cheap pizza to get the belly full. Is this perhaps the best Little Caesars I’ve had? Perhaps. Definitely top 3 nationwide. At the end of the day it still tastes like LC but in a good way. Other places just slop on the sauce and toppings making for bare spots and big goops of sauce when biting or don’t roll the dough out evenly. This place has slayed it the times I’ve gone. Pizza Portal works amazing as usual. The only gripe I would have is the drive thru. It’s a bummer when people order at the window and gotta wait on a fresh pie. If drive thru was for pickup only then it would easily be the best pizza pizza nationwide.

I picked up a pizza here on the way home from work which is about a 25 min drive. When I got home we realized the pizza was not made correctly. I called to make them aware which is the first time I’ve had to do so because I usually use the Hwy 77 store. The manager Tony told me he was sorry and the only way he could do anything about it was if I drove the 25 min back up there and had them make over again. I explained that would mean an hour round trip to wait for a new $13 pizza again. He said that was corporate policy and that he was sorry but he would not replace it or put in a credit unless we brought the pizza that was made wrong back right now.. terrible customer service, do better Little Caesars. The food is usually good, but it’s not about how you handle things when everything is going well. Instead what matters is how you handle situations when things go wrong. Order was under the name Richard. Tyndall Parkway store around 6:20pm-6:30pm pick up.

Me and my kids eat here ALL the time when we come to Panama (we live in the next county over)… but yesterday… the “slices-n-stix” i got for me and my littlest was DISGUSTUNG!! I drove 30 mins out the way from where I was going and wasted hella gas on top of my online order plus the 2 crazy bread combos I went inside and got … and it made us SICK!! We have been puking and having diarrhea since about 30-45 mins after we ate yesterday, and it was too late to turn around and waste twice the gas to go back when we were that sick. We couldn’t finish our day and we have been sick ever since. Called the store multiple times to try to see if I could get a refund or what could be done and I can’t get an answer. Highly disappointed. Not to mention the girl in the drive thru clearly hates her job, and is THE rudest Caesar’s employee I’ve ever encountered. Will not be back. Cannot believe I have $50 between gas and food wrapped up in 1 pizza and 2 crazy bread combos from damn near 24 hours ago that STILL has us sick. Never again!!

I drove by today and noticed the sign spinner was giving it his all, he was straight vibing and it made me happy to see a guy having fun at his job, Joey should definitely get a raise, I was heading to starbucks but had to turn back to tip him, anyone reading this review should tip Joey for his outstanding dedication to the vibes

Spent 15 bucks on their deep dish stuff crust, the top of the pizza was burnt and the bottom wasn’t cooked. The manager said I had to drive all the way back that night and they would cook it more…. I just worked 12 hours and didn’t have the energy to go back to town to get another one and also I drive a gas guzzler. Not really fair in my opinion

I was the last customer of the night, showed up 10 minutes before closing. The lady with blonde braids was very rude to me, she told me they only had one pepperoni pizza left and asked if I wanted that because they wouldn’t be making any more tonight (which I expected).
