Normally this location is great, but today was a different story. I placed an online order for a Classic Pepperoni pizza and a Crazy Combo a little after 5:00pm to be ready for pickup at 6:00pm. I walk in at 6:01pm and I see what could possibly be my order just sitting on the counter. I walk up and give my name and sure enough the order sitting on the counter is mine. Not even sure how long the pizza was sitting there because it wasn’t even hot, but just a little warm. I get home, and discover that my order is not correct. They gave me a Classic Cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni. Also the pizza was poorly cut, because every slice was ripping and tearing. Also not sure when the pizza was made, because the crust was a little dry and tough.

Service is terrible! It always takes at least 30 min to get a pretzel pizza. The Pretzel pizza is the only reason I go there. One day we asked to purchase nacho cheese for dipping the pretzel crust, the owner screamed at the teenage boy at the front counter, and abruptly told us, the customer, that he doesn’t sell cheese. Another day, they were backed up so bad that I went in to get my pizza after waiting for 45 min & it was at least 100 degrees in the place. I watched the numerous teens that were bumping into each other, trying their best to run the place without any form of leadership, try to get food out to upset customers that were all complaining to each other. I asked what the deal was with the air conditioning & was informed by one of the teens that it had been out for a few weeks! It was summertime in Florida; it was 95 degrees outside. Those are 800-degree ovens in there! I reported the lack of proper working conditions to OSHA. There is obviously a lack of management and leadership here. I know the people operating the ovens & slicing pizza are supposed to be 18 years old. I worked for two different pizza chains when I was younger and was a manager at one of them. Lastly, I don’t care if the guy was the owner; there is no reason to scream at your employees the way he yelled at that, youg man.

They allow customers to drive up to the pickup window and sit in the drive thru window for the entire 20 minute duration while their order is being prepared. They didn’t even understand my issue when I mentioned it to the manager. I had to explain, kind of like someone walks up to the cashier and orders a pizza, and stands at the register the entire time and not allow any other customer to order until they receive their food. Just don’t eat here. They hardly ever have more than 2 working at one time but don’t want to hire anyone new. If you order a deep dish make sure they’ve cooked it thouroughly, as every deep dish I have ordered from this place has been undercooked and full of raw dough. If you get hot and ready make sure you ask for freshly cooked. The wait is worth it trust me. They keep pizzas in the heaters for hours at a time then will sell it to you under the impression it is hot and ready. Burnt, dry, undercooked pizza is all you will get here. That and rude workers.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE…if i could give 0 stars i would…ordered a pretzel pizza with pizza sauce. simple order. instead waited 20 mins for it even thought it was ordered ahead of time. got it and took the pizza home to find that not only was it cheese sauce but there was enough salt dumped all over the pizza for me to think it was parmesan and take the saltiest bite of disgusting pizza I’ve ever had in my life. terrible place needs to close.

This is absolutely the worst location I’ve ever been to. I actually feel really bad for the teenagers that work here. Any competent adult should know that when you relinquish your business to be ran by teenagers (who have no clue how to conduct business nor customer service) your business will ultimately fail. I’ve seen several people complain on Facebook for this same reason. Last time my order took 1 hour, for one large pizza and a cheese bread. When I asked why, the young girl said “we forgot to print orders”. Not even a sorry! This time we ordered a pretzel crust and when we got him there was no cheese sauce and no pepperoni. When we asked why, a young boy said “we are out of the sauce and forgot the pepperoni”. As if it was acceptable to just give someone a random pizza. This business is ridiculous and will fail. I truly feel bad for these teenagers because I’m sure they get yelled at or cussed out plenty of times a day, and it isn’t really their fault.

Rude customer service,unclean, pizza sauce and what appears to be boogers by drink case. Ordered cheese stuff crust and Supreme thin crust”NO MUSHROOMS” And they didnt even slice the pie…… called to correct the situation and was told they’re sure they didn’t put mushrooms on my pizza,after the conversation of “YES THERE IS MUSHROOMS ON MY PIZZA” I was hung up on by the order taker guy with bootie shorts and “slides” on….. problem was not resolved. WOW what an establishment. Not good!!!!!Avoid the food poisoning and rude children working there. If you dont wanna work to pay your insurance on the fancy little cars mom and dad bought you give it back and keep riding your huffy. Jerks….

Wife went to the Little Caesars in niceville because my daughter loves their pizza. She just stopped by the window and the manager and employees just stood there and looked at my wife . The manager then proceeded to yell at his female employee. Even my 7 year old daughter noticed. That was somewhat discouraging and poor customer service. And what made it sad was my daughter noticed they were arguing. They didn’t even acknowledge my wife for about 10 minutes so she just pulled away… all three of them just looked at my wife and didn’t even open the window to let her know if she was going to get served. Well looks like we won’t be going back to that pizza place… sad thing is the manager probably doesn’t even care…
