This specific location is awful. I’ve never had a problem at the main street location. But I’ve ordered 15 pizzas from this location in the last 2 years, because it’s close by. 10 of those were missing toppings, 2 of them were an hour late, and 3 of 15 were right and on time. They never answer their phone. Make sure to check your order before you leave the store, or the horrible manager will give you problems every time.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I had a bad experience once before but decided to give it one more chance. I wish that I didn’t. Everything is suppose to be hot and ready but NOPE. had to wait 40 mins for a plain cheese pizza and crazy bread. Workers were SO rude and didn’t even acknowledge anyone that walked through the door. The cashier was handling money and touching her face then went right back to work without washing her hands or putting on gloves. That’s disgusting and I hope the health inspectors get involved. The lobby was full and one worker runs outside to make out with her boyfriend and she was out there for like 15-20 mins. Another worker on their phone and eating food at food prep stations. So disgusted I will not be returning. Such a shame. The state needs to shut this place down!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Cashier and manager were beyond rude and ghetto!! Kids were playing and eating behind the counter and where food is made. Was told I’d get a refund and didn’t after waiting an hr and a half for food. Worst experience ever with this company, will take my business elsewhere!

I’m in here all the time and they CONSTANTLY can’t keep employees, on top of the blonde and some other girl named Sam they have 0 clue of what’s going on and care for anything. I come here to pick up door dash orders and me and every other customer at the front waits for 30 minute plus and get treated with the most stuck up attitude when they are miserable working here. Do your jobs so other people can do their jobs. Dont like it? Then quit. Stuff is getting really old really fast. On top of that. They tell me just don’t accept the orders from here, when it’s really just them being slow as possible not caring about anything.

Just got home with my pizza and order of crazy ‘dough’. Called the store and they told me I could bring them back, mind you this is rush hour and I have 3 hungry children to feed. When i said i didnt want to do that right now the girl suggested for me to bring them tomorrow Wouldn’t compensate any other way. Recommend checking your food before leaving. Putting them on a pan to bake myself so I can enjoy some squished crazy bread.

On June 5, 2023 An employee’s kid was playing & sleeping on piles of new pizza boxes as she stood by. Contamination of your food means nothing here. I immediately left. Avoid this place like the plague!
