Won’t be coming here again. Ordered one pizza. ONE. It wasn’t ready until exactly 1 hour later. I showed up 5 minutes after the expected ready time and they hadn’t even started on my order. So they said it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. 15 minutes pass i get asked again “ what was your order?” (Still hadn’t been started )

Picked up a cheese and pepperoni pizza from this location. We added 2 of the pineapple Pepsis, and when they rang up as 2.49 we asked the cashier if that was correct. She was extremely rude. When she asked if there was anything else we wanted, we just casually said “no” and that we would wait for our pizza. She snapped at us by saying “It’ll be ready when it’s ready!” We picked up our food and left the store and later found out that we had been overcharged for the Pepsis. Had to call the manager to complain about that employee and to get a refund. Later that night after eating that pizza I had a very upset stomach well into the next day. We called the manager to complain and as it turns out, the pizza had been made with sauce that had been sitting out. We asked for a refund and he refused. He also said that there was nothing we could do legally, and that a bad review would only disappear among a sea of hundreds. So I’ll be putting that theory to the test. I will never again patron this Little Caesar’s and will also be writing to corporate about the way we were treated.

Ordered pizza at 9:33 pm supposed to be ready 9:56 10 people inside waiting and 2 employees went home and didn’t get pizza until 10:25pm then as they were scanning it 2 feet in front of me and instead of handing it to me they put it in the oven that I had to scan to get it out. I’m new to the area but Lil Caesars is always a go to for movie night with the fam. The service was phenomenal but we were told 10-15 mins to wait for the pizza. Ok COOL. We purchased an extra most bestest pizza and got what seemed to be a classic. I called the store to notify, but no one was available. when weighing out the cost to go back and get a new one. It wasn’t worth it. I get that it’s only a $7 pizza but this girl loves her pepperoni pleaseeeeeee don’t do me like this again lol

Placed an online order, the app said it was in the oven so we went to pick it up. We got to the store and the manager said they never got the order so I had to show them the receipt to believe me. A few mins later they said they found the order and they didn’t know it was there. Took over and hour from ordering until we got our food. I wont go to this location again.

This was first delivery from Little Caesars from this store. The pizza and sides were delivered hot. BUT, I thought the ExtraMostBestest® Italian Sausage was supposed to have more sausage, but hardly had any. The crazy bread was uncooked and pale. Disappointed.

Great job on my pizza. Ordered on the app. Asked for extra pep and sausage, extra cheese with extra sauce for less than $15 before tax. Turned out wonderfully. Make sure to get it well done so it cooks the dough all the way.

I don’t know what happened to this location but they literally don’t know how to make pizza. See attached picture. The dough was under the cheese, and picking up a slice basically left a massive pile of cheese and sauce in the box while you hold half a piece of empty crust. returned this pizza for a replacement and got basically the exact same thing. sadly the management staff here do not know how to train people to make pizzas or to make pizza themselves it would seem.
