Abysmal service. I ordered 3 pizzas and was told 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked about my order and it appeared they gave my order to someone else and was told 5 more minutes. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for a pizza that is advertised as hot and ready. The lady at the counter had an attitude and clearly doesn’t care about her job. They left the counter unattended for 10 minutes straight with customers piling up in that tiny area. If you’re hungry don’t go here because you’ll wait atleast 30 minutes for a pizza. I wouldn’t reccomend this location to anyone. My pregnant wife who wanted pizza had to come in the store and demand our food. Despicable place. Do not go here.

Very bad experience first time at this Little Caesars in Hialeah I asked for two sausage pizza with extra cheese second order was two extra cheese with extra cheese on top of it when I got the four boxes the two sausage pizza two or three of them only had like about one or two sausages in them I told them I want new sausage pizza made not happy with what they made last time I’m ordering from this Little Caesars in Hialeah I’ll stick to the one that’s close to where I live in Pembroke pines

This is one of the better locations as far as service. I usually get 2-3 pizzas and I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes if that means they will be fresh. The people at the counter are typically friendly, although some of the customers can be a bit out of hand sometimes. As far as I can tell, the place seems clean and tidy.

As far as fast food pizza place this take the top prize! Line is usually not too long and you can order ahead of time via the app or through your computer and just pick it up at the automated dispenser with out having to make a line. Nice option!

My father went to go pick up a pizza and when he arrived the pizza wasn’t ready. He waited over an hour for the pizzas and they kept telling him it was in the oven (when it really wasn’t). When he finally received the food it was cold like if it was just sitting for a while… Never again will we buy pizza from this location.
