Eduardo the manager is absolutely 100% awesome! I received the wrong order. He gave me the option for store credit and gave me his personal number to ensure I get my free pizzas when I wanted. He kept his word even weeks later. My free pizzas were fresh and on time. No hassle. Great dude!

I like their pizza and even like their pigeon wings (super small chicken wings) but this location’s pizza portal keeps going down. The end result being really slow service when picking up a pizza ordered using the app.

The customer service at this location was very poor. I asked the young lady for another pizza because as you can see this on was burned and she took it went to the back made me wait an additional 30min to give me the same pizza I returned. The wait time is awful and the customer service is worse!

Waited over an hour when I had made an order online. We got an email that the pizza was ready when we came we stood in the hot establishment for about an hour. When they said it’d be 40 minutes for 2 hot and ready pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese….I just walked out. Hungry Howie’s got my money tonight, in 10 minutes I walked out with two pizzas. I spent $6 more, but time is money in the long run.

They’re faster than they used to be . But over cooked my cheese pizza twice (pic pizza from that day attached). When I tried to tell young lady behind counter (the 1 with light eyes) she told me that’s the way they’re made. And they’re not.
