Ordered a pretzel with stuffed crust with pepperoni and gave me a pizza with all the pepperoni on the crust. The staff were all talking and running around with customers wairing to place orders. I have been making my oedees on line to avoid having to wait 20 plus minutes for a pizza but that does not work. It has become imposible to buy at this place. You can not contact anyone that is a bove to complain there is no way to contact corporate they don’t care.

its understood pizzas are $5 & you get what you paid for, but something isn’t right here, i went on 5/7/21 when it wasn’t too busy and there was no need to rush and was given this pizza cut all side-ways & dry that didn’t have any taste at all, sometimes these pizzas are good but this one has no effort in something someone else will eat

To anyone looking to buy pizza at this particular location, I urge you to reconsider and instead take the extra five minute drive to order from the Little Caesar’s on Campbell Drive, or the location in Florida City. This was truly a disappointing experience from start to finish. The Pizza Portal did not work at all, so everyone with online orders had to pick it up from the counter, which is fine, provided they have the food ready. They did not have my order ready even though I had arrived after the expected pickup time. Normally I would not mind waiting, but my order – consisting of a single pizza and two Crazy Breads – took upwards of 30+ minutes to have ready. Everyone else’s online orders picked up at the counter had no problem at all, I was the only person with an online order that had to wait. The pizza they brought out to me was barely cooked, later realizing that the bottom of the pizza was sticking to the box because it had not properly cooked all the way. The cheese was melted but not browned and little to no effort was spared to cut the pizza properly. All in all, it was a sloppy mess that was sloppily put together. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone visit this location until their quality improves in both reduction of wait time and in their actual ability to cook a pizza.

Been waiting almost an hour after I placed an order online. The manager is this short Spanish lady with glasses who is very rude. This location needs to be closed down. It’s always packed, no Covid restrictions. No standing 6 feet apart and the wait times are ridiculous. They ask you to pay then make you wait for hours literally. Fire thjs manager asap

Starting to really like this pizza, they must have change something but the crust has a lot of favor and we opted to get the stuff crust too which was awesome. I used the mobile app for the first time and was able to by pass the long lines and wait times. The only issue I had is the ladies working the counter won’t smile to save there lives, which is a disappoint, what ever happened to service with a smile. Almost 5 stars… maybe next time

My order took over 30 mins and I ordered on the app. I arrived and it wasn’t ready ppl were walking in and ordering there and received their orders first. Once I got the pizza it gave us a stomach ache. Don’t think I’ll be returning there

The $5 fresh and always ready is no longer a true statement. I always have to wait now. To make sure I don’t have to wait I call in a special order instead of my usual cheese or pepperoni. I usually get sausage and it’s always good and fresh. Can’t beat their prices!
