This place has went down too the dumps I use too come here all the time and get pizza for my daycare on Fridays back between 2009-2011 and service was excellent now there is no kind of training no customer service skills just terrible and don’t bother calling I called from before I left my house until when I pulled up in front which is a good 15 min no answer I go in the phone is still ringing there are two guest there that placed orders already and I waited at the counter with four people in the back phone ringing nobody answering or acknowledging me for 10 min so when the cashier comes to the front no hi, one moment hands the orders too the two customers waiting then just asked me what’s my order like wow so I asked you guys don’t answer the phones the response I got was no we don’t answer the phones so don’t waste your time. So I politely walked out.

Waited for more than half an hour just to place an order with only two persons ahead of me. At first I thought it was oil from the pizza but it turns out to be hot sauce. There’s no hot sauce on the menu so I’m only guessing that someone was eating their lunch while making my pizza. Just unsanitary. Waste of money I’ll never order from here again. That’s beyond nasty.

Please shut this place down! Ordered pizzas for a kiddie party and cheesy bread for myself. Grey hair was all thoughout the melted cheese!!! Stomach retching level of GROSS!!! Not to mention I ordered cheese and pepperoni pizzas in advance and still had to wait 20 min. What happened to Hot n Ready?!?!

I ordered the extra Moses and there was enough pepperoni for a regular pepperoni for $55 instead of 6:55 but 2 L bottle of Pepsi when I got home was completely flat had to go back and get that this place is getting crazy I’ll probably will never go there again

If you order 10 times from this place, they will get it wrong 10 times. And if ordered online with door dash as the delivering service, forget it. No one answers the phone at the restaurant, and Doordash won’t respond. Good luck.

I placed an order to this location instead of my usual location and I was pleasantly surprised. What a difference in service! I walked in, was greeted with a smile and my order was ready! Sometimes at my other location (441) I get an alert that it’s ready— and it’s not, and the staff is extremely rude.
