Amazing!!! The quality and cooking of the pizza is incredible, I never thought that with $15 we could eat 5 people. I’ve been to many Italian restaurants and bought pizza at domino’s pizza, by brothers and others, however Cesar’s pizzas are incredibly delicious and cheap. I’m giving it a 1 star because the bathroom apparently it’s only for employees, it is locked and that is illegal! Come to this place to grab food and use the bathroom, well you can’t because they don’t want to clean. (I have the video of the place)

I went there today only for a medium sized pizza box for my sons project. I walked in and we stood at the counter for 5 minutes while they ladies in the back talked and laughed. When someone finally came to the counter, I asked and she told me no espanol? I said no I don’t speak Spanish. She looked annoyed. I then tried to explain. I believe she said box. I said yes. She very rudely told me no I needed to buy pizza. We walked out. We drove to the Dominos on 127th. The person working gladly handed us a box and even told my son have fun and good luck.

They said that it would be ready from anywhere from 7:35 to 7:40 when I ordered it. However they didn’t actually make it ready until 8:40 and it was cold and terrible. Overall, Terrible and the worst place ever to order pizza at please don’t order here, in fact it Let’s make it go bankrupt

This store always finds a way to mess up my order. I started ordering delivery and for 3 orders they forgot my 2L soda. Then I started going to the store to pick up my order, that way I am sure they won’t forget anything. I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza today and the crust didn’t look like the picture in the app, so I called the store and asked what can be done (politely) and they told me I had to order the thin crust to get the fanceroni crust (there’s no such thing, you cannot modify or order a different crust). After I told him that, he said I need to order with the pepperoni crust (lying again). At this point, I knew I was wasting my time, so I just told him good night and that I would call customer service. I called customer service and of course, they are closed.

I came here tonight and as I’m about order my food with the employee , this lady named Paulina rudely interrupted my order and told the younger gentleman to ring up an order that apparently could not wait . I found that very disrespectful and very bad customer service manners . If she’s a manager she’s terrible at it , the guy should have finished with my order which was one pizza and then after she could have easily taken the order she needed to ring up. Then when I came back to get my pizza she was counting the money and this time felt like she needed to ignore us and didn’t even help us , just very bad adequate manners she was right there and whoever trained her needs to be retrained with her. This is my location for little Caesars but won’t be coming back here . Such a disappointment!!!
