I had a great experience from start to finish. I made a large order of over 50+ pizzas and called the day before to set up. I spoke with Camila and she was incredibly helpful. Her and her team had the pizzas ready, despite it being pretty busy at the time. Everyone loved the pizzas as they were hot and fresh. The food is fine, but I’ve frequented this place due to where I live and have only been greeted when I walk in the door ONCE. Even when you walk up to the register to order, no smiles, just staring at you until you order. No have a nice day, etc. The employees need to really work on customer service. They may be high schoolers because they seem young, but that’s no excuse to not welcome a customer when they walk through the door. Whoever owns this location needs to care more about their customer service. They’re also *extremely* slow, so unless you order a hot and ready pizza it may take 30+ mins to get your pizza. I’ve currently been waiting 45, with no update about the food. There are 10 people waiting for their food. Although inconvenient, it would be best to find another one with better service.

Ordered pizza, waited 1/2 hour in the store, email said it couldn’t go in the portal. She knew my name and that I was waiting. When I finally got frustrated, I asked and somehow they lost it between the oven and the pizza portal. How ridiculous! Ask if I could wait another 15 min for a new order, I’d already been there 45 min! This store and the company needs some serious leadership. I’ve been on hold with their customer service for 30 minutes now and I don’t even think the lines are manned. So how does one go about getting a refund? I guess you don’t. Why have a customer service line if you’re not going to have people answering it?

Worst Little Caesar ever. They prepare pizza with no gloves. Orders take over an hour. Employee’s are not allowed to say how long it takes. Saw one employee tell another customer they were going to put their order at front, which is very unethical. I tried more than one time this place just in case it was a bad day but still the same. Not recommended, avoid this place at all cause.

Beware: ordered pizza through their portal. They tried to give me a pizza within 4 minutes. Really? Asked for a fresh pie. Said it will take 15minutes. I waited only to learn they took the same pizza added more pepperoni and cheese. . . Insane & sad. Received Refund because they refused to make a new pie.
