Have been calling for hours to order because the online isn’t working well for me at the moment & they don’t have the options for lunch combos online. Nobody is answering the phone. Been here several times and it’s always the worst service, you wait hours for your food, the either give you the wrong thing or it’s undercooked. Lines are always out the door, and if you order online you’ll still be waiting 45+ minutes after it says its done. I tried giving them chances since I live right up the road and used to manage a little Ceasars myself so I know it can be very hectic. This isn’t just a stressed manager; this is an entire team of pure incompetence and rudeness. This store needs closed and I am reporting to the BBB as I recommend everyone else do too.

40 minutes for a hot and ready pepperoni. 40 minutes for an undercooked pizza. The most useless, ignorant staff I’ve ever met. The kid taking the pizzas out of the oven, cut them, boxed them and put them to the side while 15 people waited for their orders and another 15 people waited to place their orders. Not a single staff member came to the counter for over 15 minutes while people waited to place orders. Absolutely useless, useless useless

Worst customer service . First of all, they don’t know how to do math. I ordered 3 pizzas and their system somehow only saw 2. However , it did add up to the amount charged. I was speaking to Sergio the manager and he just walked away and left me talking by myself . I had to get him again and add it up in my own calculator. Instead of prioritizing customer service they are stealing money . Beware if you use your own bank card . The customer service agent girl was rude and sarcastic. I’m going to call corporate to complain and get my money back.

This is honestly the worst little Caesar’s around. They always have at least a 20 minute wait and the workers are so rude. I ordered my pizza at 7:05. I was informed via the app it would be ready by 7:15. It is now 8pm and I am still waiting. The only reason someone should come here, is if they do not have a car to go to another one. The worst, the freaking worst.

This service at this location has gone down drastically. There are plenty of people that actually want to work, but unfortunately majority of the ones here does not want to work. There are a lot of young people here and some of them are really good at providing service, but the rest of them just stand around and do nothing. They like to hide in the back, stand around in groups to talk and they’re always on their phone. Most of the time customers are left waiting to place an order because noone is at the counter. Someone from the corporate office needs to do a surprise visit to this location and see how it is being run.
