The absolute worst customer service ever! Zero customer service, severely delayed orders. Nobody at the front counter to attend customers. I saw this first hand for over 40 minutes! While I was inside waiting for my online order that has been delayed over 40 minutes I hear their phone ringing nonstop and nobody even answers it. Pass poor management. They are making enough money to properly staff the place but they don’t!

Food is Fast, Fresh and Delicious! PLUS: you can order on the app and pick up your order directly from a pizza vending machine!!! You literally do not have to interact with a single soul—which can be a huge perk on those days…also prices are LOW which is great! Highly recommend.

Little Caesars website and app is a bit disappointing cause there’s no option for lite sauce or well baked but thankfully when I called the store theres a gentleman named Jovan that went ahead to care of my order and gave me great customer service. I’ve seen how this man is personally in the back of the store and he is a good team leader with a very friendly positive personality. Someone should give this man a raise he is too good at what he does. Thank you Jovan! Your a good guy.

We ordered the fanceroni pepperoni pizza described as “A large Pepperoni pizza topped with over 100 crispy old world Pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust.” And got this. Not at all what was described. It tasted like regular little Caesars pizza and was ready on time. But not at all what we thought we were getting.

Never again, pizza was brought out almost 30 minutes late, ahead of people that were waiting for more than an hour. I saw this at the location and realized I was also a pizza short and thought about saying something, but realized the three guys in the back had their hands full with other angry customers.

Saturday October 29 ordered $80 worth of pizza for a Halloween party down the street from this place. Ordered delivery (they use door dash) and 2 hours later we still haven’t received the pizza. The door dash driver was nice enough to call us to say it was going to be a while. We said ok we’ll wait. An hour later and little Caesar’s said they already delivered it. Door dash driver said he’s still waiting for the order. The little Caesar employee was extremely rude on the phone and said well your order is not going to be done anytime soon. Mind you they charged the credit card right away tho!! Horrible service. I wish I could give 0 stars HORRIBLE!!!
