We order pizza weekly in the evening at this location and it is great. Today at 1:11pm we ordered lunch for the first time: two pizzas and Italian cheese bread. We ordered well done and our pizzas came out barely cooked. When we asked the employee to cook them more she responded with an attitude that they are well done and that is it. Not a care in the world, total disregard for customers and empathy. I feel bad for the owner as we will not be returning due to this uncalled for behavior, s/he needs to terminate this employee immediately. Does this look well done?

We ordered an ultimate supreme with no mushroom, sub black olives. We got it with extra mushroom, no black olives and it wasn’t even cut or cooked fully. Everything is just falling off of it aside from the cheese and pepperoni. I understand it was like 20 minutes til close, but this is so unprofessional and immature. Quit hiring kids with no sense of urgency or care in the world. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 6 years and it’s just irritating that any restaurant I go to anymore is incompetent of simple things. Grow up or get a different job. There’s plenty hiring.

They never answer the phone i went to the store and no customers were inside and i texted my wife to call the store after that i watched the phone ring and the employees never acknowledge the phone ringing i called 3 times prior to me showing up to place my order in person, that sucked

I called in ahead to place my order. The employee that took my call was both professional and friendly. She spoke in a clear voice and made sure to repeat my order back to me. The only problem was that they were out of thin crust at that time so, after apologizing,she recommended another option which is now my new favorite. She suggested add-ons like I suspect they force you to ask but she seemed sincere about it and didn’t sound phony when pushing the items. They let me know my order would be ready in 15 minutes. It was. When I arrived at the store everything within my sight looked clean. Most importantly nobody looked upset that I was one of those customers that orders within 45 minutes of closing. Altogether I had a good experience despite not having the thin crust I was still happy with her suggestion to replace it.

We waited for 10 minutes for our pizza to be made, not a bad time. We ordered pizza and still. They were greasy and looked like a kindergarten cutting project. U can tell that they quality of care has gone down at this location.

The food is low end and cheap. They hire the most unfriendly staff. There’s a skinny little black kid with their pants hanging off their rear end pretending they’re tough. It’s really embarrassing and unprofessional. There was cockroaches on the front counter. I don’t know who manages the place but it’s disgusting and I’ll never eat there again.

When you want to pay they don’t accept $100 or $50 box for pay any order that means that they sale the pizza but they’ll tell you wish kind of bill you need to use for pay the bill , they’re are incredible administration
